Ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht vanaf Monte Brè over Lugano.

Keurig en schoon appartement. Keuken ruim voorzien, alleen jammer dat er geen magnetron in staat. Ruime slaapkamers, fijn balkon. Eigen parkeerplek. En de bus recht voor de deur.

Toller erholsamer Aufenthalt

Sehr saubere, zweckmässig, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen. Bei einer Belegung mit 4 Personen ist der Balkon knapp. Es gibt aber einen zweiten grösseren schattigen Sitzplatz. Die Dach Terrasse mit der grandiosen Aussicht auf See und Stadt und der gemeinsame Pool lassen jedes Manko vergessen.

Chouette appartement avec vue magnifique. Suffisamment de place pour une famille de 6 même si le canapé lit est un peu petit pour 2 adultes, il convient à 2 enfants lève tôt (vu qu’il est dans le salon).

Die Aussichtsterrasse wertet die Anlage gut auf. Aufwertung der Poolterrasse/Poolumgebung wäre nötig. 2. Schlüssel für Wohnung unbedingt nötig. Abluft auf Terrasse nicht gelöst!

Gut - aber gut genug?

Je länger wir in der Wohnung waren desto besser gefiel es uns. Schade war, dass wir keine Chance hatten, den Balkon zu benutzen, der ist schlicht zu klein und die Stühle dazu sind falsch gewählt (viel zu gross). Das Geschirr und Besteck scheint mehrheitlich 35 Jahre alt zu sein, zwar sauber und zweckdienlich, es gibt dadurch einfach so ein wenig einen alten Eindruck. Super Aussicht von Dachterrasse, toller Pool obwohl deutlich zu chlorig, unkomplizierte Ansprechsperson vor Ort (via Handy gut erreichbar). Ich finde, man müsste relativ dringend die Terrasse renovieren, dann wäre der Preis völlig ok. Habe passte insgesamt!

Schöne Wohnung oberhalb Lugano

WLAN in der Wohnung nicht funktioniert, nur auf Gemeinschaftsterrasse. Bettwäsche: Microfaser, unangenehm, konnte nur ohne Decke und Kissen schlafen ! Schöne Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht über Lugano.
