We were in town for a family birthday gathering. This is our 4th stay in the former Apartments on Main and as usual we were thrilled with our accommodations. The location is perfect and the apartment is always ready for us. Comfortable and nicely appointed with all amenities.

Doorsteps to a quaint downtown and riverwalk . Eateries , breweries , distillaries and ICE CREAM ! The apartment sits one story above Main St. but is quiet and has windows providing alot of natural light. This was a return stay , we enjoyed it so much last year.

I had an absolutely amazing stay in Lil Washington, my hometown where I hadn't stayed in over 30 years. I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible location and amenities that were offered. The space was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed and an unbeatable ambiance. This place is an absolute hidden gem, and although I was initially hesitant to book here since my spouse prefers staying at the local Fairfield Inn, her reaction upon arrival was a complete game-changer. She was absolutely blown away by the meticulous attention to detail in the apartment and was convinced that this would be our regular go-to spot whenever we visit Lil Washington. Felicia was an incredible person, and her communication was nothing short of perfection. She even stopped by to welcome us and share some fascinating history about the location we were staying in. As a history buff myself, I really appreciated the additional knowledge. Lastly, the coffee shop on the premises was the icing on the cake, offering fresh and delicious coffee that was simply out of this world. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Felicia and her family for an absolutely incredible stay and I can't wait to come back soon.

Great location in historic downtown Washington NC

This loft was very tastefully decorated and clean. The location of being in the heart of the historic district made it great for things to do such as historical walking tour, restaurans, museum tours, options on the waterfront and overall the beautiful things Washington now has to offer. The loft had a rooftop deck which we enjoyed in the afternoons! Would definitely stay here again.

Downtown Washington oasis

This VRBO property is in a great downtown area on Main Street, within steps of the best restaurants in the area. Washington is a charming riverfront community with many friendly people as well as beautiful views of the river. The apartment was well appointed, clean, and comfortable.
