Sunny cozy south facing townhouse apartment with terrace in quiet and quiet area. Air-conditioning up and down, TV, internet (Fiber) and radio with speaker / Aux
Ground floor: Open plan living and kitchen area with well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, 1 large double bedroom.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with access to the terrace from one room, bathroom with bath and shower.

Info outside / terrace: Balcony / terrace outside the bedroom with sun loungers and deck chairs. Furnished breakfast terrace at the entrance. New outdoor furniture. Grill. The urbanization consists of 72 apartments and nice park-green areas with playground and football pitch. Many residents in urbanization. Great communal swimming pool about 30 meters from the house.

Cabo Roig is located approx. 9 km south of Torrevieja. 900 m to Cabo Roig beach about 10 min walk, with rental of sunbeds, water sports, restaurant and beach bar. Kid friendly. About. 500 meters to restaurants, bars and shops.
About 5 mins drive / 20 mins walk to the big shopping center Zenia Boulevard.

Nearby are 3 large 18 hole golf courses, equestrian center, gocart course, water park and fitness center.

SAS, Norwegian and RyanAir fly to Alicante. From here it takes approx. 45 minutes by car. If you do not want to rent a car, you can order a taxi pickup at the airport (contact owner). From Alicante this costs about 60 euros.

Relaxing stay

The property is in a good and Quiet location the accommodation is first class very clean with everything you need for your stay.I could not find fault with anything. Booking was very easy arrangement to enter went like clockwork, as Simon who manages the property makes himself always available to help you. I would like to thank the owners for use of their property and would highly recommend it.

Family holiday

Booking process was very easy with good communication from the owner and the keyholder who very kindly waited for us after a mix up with our transfers Property could have been cleaned better but maybe that's because it's what I do for a job qnd know what I would be doing in a holiday let but it didn't spoil our time there and would definitely rent again Thank you for having us

Très belle location, propre et très fonctionnelle. Très proche de la piscine ce qui est agréable avec des enfants et proche de plusieurs plages à moins de 10mn en voiture. Très bon emplacement.

Summer sun

The house is very spacious and well laid out. We had a very thing we could wish for. The location is perfect for us and only a ten minute walk to the centre. The only negative was the furniture on the balcony and front of house was a little tired. Overall it’s the perfect solution for future holidays

Fabulous property

The property excelled our expectations, it was spacious and great location. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Surrounded by lots of gorgeous beaches. The outdoor seating area could do with some lighting, but only due to the fact we ate so late, it got dark around 9.30/10.00pm. Air conditioning was a god send in the heat, turn the air con off when using a hair dryer as the electrics trip. Neighbour’s are all very friendly and great for recommendations, restaurants, beaches, car hire! Excellent family holiday.

Séjour très agreáble.

La maison est très agréable et contient tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour. Juste comme amélioration possible, avoir une tonnelle ou un parasol de plus grande taille pour couvrir toute la table extérieur pour le midi. Mais sinon le reste était très bien. J'y retournerai sans aucun problème.

the property inside did need a little updateing but the all in told we all had a brilliant holiday not to far as you could walk to the strip where all the action was plenty of bars and entertainment swimming pool 2 seconds away from the property and simon the key holder was so very nice and helpful and put his self out to make our holiday which was so kind of him yes we had a brilliant holiday

Pen og velholdt bolig i ett fint og rolig omeråde. Høy standard og inneholdt alt man trenger.

Stor og romslig bolig,med 3 soverom,2 bad,kjøkken og stue. Vi var 4 stk og hadde veldig god plass. Uteområdet var perfekt for grilling og avslapping. Veldig kort vei til bassenget som tilhører boligområdet. Rent,rolig og ryddig nabolag. Gangavstand til flere restauranter og barer. 10 min kjøretur ett utrolig stort og fint kjøpesenter. Av andre aktiviteter i nærheten,kan vi nevne flere,fine strender og Go-cart. Denne boligen anbefales på det sterkeste!

Flott feriehus

Fint rekkehus som har alt , aircondition, fullt utsyrt kjøkken, vaskemaskin osv, ligger i ett stille strøk, men likevel sentralt i forhold til restauranter, barer og butikk. Ett lite stykke til stranden ca. 1 km men godt av å gå litt på ferie :-)

We would like to recommend this place to everyone:) It was our first holiday with rented house as previously stayed in the hotels so we did not know what to expect. From first contact The Owners were very quick and professional to contact us and booking went really smoothly. House is specious, well equipped, nicely decorated. We were very nicely surprised by the beach umbrella, beach towels. It is just perfect location as very close to pubs, restaurants, shops (La zenia boulevard and big supermarket) and both cabo roig beach and la zenia beach and at the same time very nice and quiet so our 2,5 year old daughter had really good nights sleeps. Swimming pool perfect, clean and ideal for families with children and small pool very easy to access ever for toddlers. overall we had great time and would recommend the place to everybody. Leide huset 3 uker i April, er grei vei fra flyplassen ca. 45 min, lett å finne frem til huset. Huset var rent og veldholdt , ble møtt på stedet for overlevering av nøkler. Fine strender og mosjons muligheter i området og kort vei til restauranter og puber. Huset er velutsyrt med blant annet oppvaskmaskin, wifi og vaskemaskin, Leie av huset kan absolutt anbefales.

Flott og praktisk feriebolig i hyggelige omgivelse

Ferieboligen var ren, velholdt, koselig og veldig praktisk. Kontakten med utleier var upåklagelig med god informasjon om både leilighet og området rundt. Leiligheten passer perfekt til de som ønsker en deilig avslappende ferie med gode muligheter for å kose seg "hjemme", eller benytte seg av de forskjellige tilbudene man kan gå til som for eksempel butikker, restauranter og flott strand. Vi storkoste oss og vil absolutt anbefale denne ferieboligen til våre venner og bekjente.

A great vacation on a perfect location

Everything was perfectly as expected. A clean and well furnished house on a great location. The swimming pool that is just a few steps away from the house was clean and wonderful and the kids just wanted to be there all day every day. A quiet neighborhood where everybody was nice and friendly. The Zenia mall not too far away, where there is great to shop :). It´s possible to walk there in about 15-20 minutes, takes under 5 minutes by car. Many bars and restaurants in a short walking distance. We had a great time, and enjoyed our 2 week stay. We are exited to come back to Cabo Roig as soon as possible!! Tilbakemelding fra familie på fem

Vi leide denne leiligheten i fire uker sommeren 2015. Leiligheten var velholdt og stod til forventningene. Kjøkkenet inneholdt alt vi trengte av utstyr og redskaper til å lage mat og ute fantes en god gassgrill. Vi hadde mange deilige kvelder ute på verandaen ved langbordet og i sittegruppen. Leiligheten ligger i et rolig uforstyrret boligområde. Det er veldig kort vei til basseng hvor det også var badevakt. Hvis du ikke har tilgang på bil må du regne med å gå et stykke for å komme til større matbutikker og strender. (12 min til Cabo Roig stranden, 20-25 min til kjøpesenteret Zenia Boulevard) Vår erfaring er at dette er utleiere som du kan stole på. Vårt inntrykk av dem gjennom mail og det at vi traff dem personlig ved ankomst til huset er utelukkende positivt.

Härlig vecka i fin lägenhet

Vi var med familjen i fin lägenhet/parhus i Cabo Roig i slutet av oktober. Som svensk högsommar. Bostaden motsvarade alla förväntningar och läget var bra, nära till allt men ändå lugnt område man känner sig säker i. Allt vi behövde fanns i bostaden och sköna uteplatser. Hit kan vi tänka oss fler veckor. tack till Jane och Sten som var väldigt hjälpsamma med instruktioner och uppföljning! Hälsar Magnus och familj
