The apartment is in a prime location. 200 meters from the sandy beach. Bars and restaurants. Next to a supermarket. Next to a natural park with a zip line and pine forest, providing a natural setting. Close to the center of Guardamar.

- Kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, and kitchenware.
- Storage area on the terrace: washing machine, hose, clothesline, tables, chairs, and hammocks.
- Living room: Smart TV, Wi-Fi, indoor tables and chairs, sofa bed.
- First bedroom: one double bed, built-in wardrobe, and television.
- Second bedroom: two single beds, chest, and built-in wardrobe.
- Bathroom: toilet, bidet, shower, bathroom cabinet, and electric heater.
All rooms have an exterior window and a ceiling fan to ensure thermal comfort.

In the private parking area next to the exit, there are umbrellas, chairs, and hammocks so travelers can enjoy the beach.

The residential complex features:

- Fenced swimming pool with a children's pool area. Restrooms and changing rooms are available from June 15th to September 15th. Use hours are subject to restrictions during rest periods. Access is restricted to residents.
- Multi-sport courts: soccer, tennis, and basketball. These courts are fenced and have restricted access to residents.
- Showers at the entrance when accessing from the beach.
- Playground for the little ones with slides and swings with artificial turf.
- Green and common areas for residents to enjoy.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy cómodo, bien equipado y cuidado hasta el último detalle.Las instalaciones son excelentes: la piscina es fantástica, las zonas deportivas están muy bien mantenidas y ofrecen muchas opciones para disfrutar. Además, tener la playa a solo unos pasos hace que la ubicación sea simplemente perfecta.El entorno es precioso, tranquilo y ideal para descansar en familia o con amigos.
