About this property

Penthouse close to restaurants with fantastic views over hills and sea

Welcome to Casa Vista E - A modernly furnished penthouse with a large private terrace located in a peaceful urbanization.

Free parking with designated parking space outside the street. Nicely located just 800m to the La Fuente plaza with over 20 restaurants to choose from plus the supermarkets Mercadona and Aldi.

Neighbor with the Real Club Campoamor golf course and with Las Ramblas, Las Colinas and Villamartin golf courses within 1-4 kilometers.

The community has two pools (always at least one open). The community also has 24h security with patrolling security guard.

The rental price includes everything (fiber-wifi, electricity, water, towels and bed linen, etc.) except for the final cleaning and laundry fee of € 80. This property is paid to our property manager at arrival.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed

Lovely property, we stayed for over 5 weeks but it would be suitable for shorter or longer stays. Has everything you need and the owner and property managers were very helpful and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Better than the pictures, bigger with everything you could need. Very peaceful but not too far from the restaurants and pubs. Good nights sleep very comfy beds and the balcony very spacious will be returning.

We loved the peace and quiet but also easy access to beach restaurants and markets. We can't wait to come back. Jesper our host could not have been more helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Eating on the terrace with the view and peace was idyllic

Amazing Apartment with great views

Beautiful apartment, very spacious, nicely furnished with an amazing roof terrace. The views were spectacular and the apartment was a short walk from bars, restaurants and 2 big supermarkets. Lovely pool just down a set of steps from the apartment building. Very peaceful.

Great apartment

The apartment looks exactly the same in real life as it does on the website. Very bright, light and spacious. We had a couple of minor issues but Jesper sorted them out quickly and without any fuss. Would recommend this apartment, in fact we hope to return next year

February away from the cold & damp of England

Jesper’s apartment is a lovely, spacious place with great views . We had a great time with all that you need just a short stroll away. The beach ,Zenia Boulevard and other amenities is only a 10 minute drive from the apartment and is a fantastic location to stay at. Jesper is a very considerate host who wants his guests to enjoy their break and has a management team to help should there be any need. We had the boiler pilot light go out a couple of times during our stay but the managers husband was able to come straight round to sort it for us Overall Jesper has a really nice, well looked after apartment that we would recommend to anyone looking to stay in what is a great location. We look forward to hopefully returning there again. Thank you Jesper.

Sehr angenehmes Apartment, es ist alles da was man braucht. Betreuung durch Jesper, Anna und Moi schnell und unkompliziert: von uns abgebrochener Schlüssel steckte noch im Hausschloss--nach 10 min war der Schaden behoben; beim smart tv von uns allerlei verstellt--nach 1 Stunde war alles wieder funktionsfähig. Durch die erhöhte Lage tolle Fernsicht bis zum Mar Menor und im Dunkeln erfreut die öffentliche Beleuchtung das Auge, soweit man schauen kann (persönliche Betrachtung von uns). 100% zufrieden.

Stayed at this lovely well presented apartment for a week with my wife and parents and it was simply perfect. Well located with the pool only a few feet away it had everything we could have asked for.

Spent a lovely week here, apartment spotlessly clean. Close to local supermarkets, bars & restaurants. Pool very close by. Jesper very accommodating & helpful. Moi also very helpful when we arrived, took us to get essentials as was very late when we arrived. Would definitely recommend. Would stay here again.

Wonderful apartment

Everything that you will need is right here in this beautiful apartment! The sun terrace is fantastic and the views amazing. Lovely pool close by. An easy 20m walk to lots of bars and restaurants which cater for every taste, also close to supermarkets and banks and a chinese shop that sells everything! Communication with the key holders and the owner was first class, nothing was too much trouble and answered immediately. Thank you Jesper for letting us rent your property xxx
