Very nice days.The home is very beautiful and clean,wherever you need.The host very pleasant,lives on the top floor but you do not share the swimming pool and any home area.

The Perfect Family Stay in TorreviejaThis was honestly the perfect holiday home for our family of four. Spacious, peaceful and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.What we loved- Hospitality – 5/5: José was an outstanding host. He speaks Spanish, Italian, English and Swedish, and was always available whenever we needed anything.- Home: Towels, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and even charcoal for the BBQ were provided.- Outdoor space: Beautiful private garden, plenty of seating, a barbecue area and even an outdoor gym.- Location: Private parking included, Mercadona only a 3-minute walk, plus playgrounds, basketball, football and table tennis nearby.- Beaches: The nearest beaches are around 15 minutes by car, with larger sandy family beaches about 25–30 minutes away.A small request to future guestsPlease refill or replace any consumables you use (such as charcoal or other shared supplies) so the next family can enjoy the same wonderful experience.We would 100% stay here again. Thank you, José, for making our family holiday so memorable!

Un très bon séjour avec José qui a été au petits soins tout le long. Tous les équipements étaient fonctionnels exceptés le Wifi qui n'était pas stable, apparemment dû aux dernières pluies et une lave vaisselle "fatigué" (vaisselle pas propre après nettoyage). Dotations en vaisselle, linge etc... parfait.Un extérieur bien entretenu, arboré et à l'image de l'annonce.De nouveau, un grand merci à José quis'est chargé de l'envoi de nos clés que nous avions oublié.

Logement conforme aux photos, très agréable, à proximité de tout et très bien équipé. Juste sur l'annonce, il n'est pas précisé que le coin entrée/piscine est partagé avec le propriétaire. Mais la piscine est bien privée et la petite mamie qui est en bas est très discrète et agréable, nous ne l'avons presque jamais croisée. Très bon séjour de 2 semaines dans ce logement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à Torrevieja. José nous a très bien accueillis et s’est montré particulièrement attentionné et disponible tout au long de notre séjour.La maison est vraiment très agréable, propre et parfaitement équipée. Tout correspond aux photos et à la description, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour confortable en famille.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette location. Merci encore à José pour son accueil et sa gentillesse !

Logement très fonctionnel pour une famille. Climatisation très agréable. Piscine très appréciable, en pleine autonomie. Hôte disponible et réactif. Commodités à proximité. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Es war eine sehr nette Schlüsselübergabe.Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, und hatte einen Ansprechpartner direkt nebenan für Fragen aller Fälle.Es ist wunderschön und ruhig dort, sehr viel Platz, sehr nette Atmosphäre und Privatsphäre, tolle Grillmöglichkeit und alles wichtige ist sehr gut und sehr schnell erreichbar.Es war sehr sauber bei Ankunft, und auch die Waschmaschine und Herd waren funktionsfähig (ist ja leider nicht immer der Fall).Alles in allem sehr sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt für einen fairen Preis. Sehr gerne wieder! :-)

Een fantastisch huis met een heerlijk zwembad. Alles is schoon en netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk. De tuin met de buitenkeuken, omgeven door bananen en mangobomen was echt supermooi!
