Die Wohnung selber war sauber. Das Treppenhaus schon länger nicht geputzt. Es gab für 3 Personen insgesamt 4 Badetücher, keine Geschirrtücher. Geschirr sehr übersichtlich, keine kleinen Löffel vorhanden, kein Toaster, keine Kaffeemaschine - nur eine Kapselmaschine. Dafür gab es einen Sandwichmaker. Die Wohnräume großzügig und gut möbiliert. Das Bad dagegen unterwältigend: Dusche in Wanne mit sehr hohem Einstieg, sehr laute lange nachlaufende Lüftung. Schwierige Parksituation - zumeist belegte 2 Stunden Parkplätze vor dem Haus an stark befahrener Hauptstraße. Wir haben im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus einen Parkplatz gemietet. Der Innenhofgarten hat nicht zum Verweilen eingeladen. Staubsager und Kehrblech wären sinnvoll gewesen. Plus: verkehrsgünstige Lage - nahe Schwebebahnhaltestelle, Einkaufsmärkte und Gaststätten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und dafür, dass sie direkt an der B7 liegt, erstaunlich ruhig. Man schläft sehr gut, da die Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhof hinaus gehen. Aber auch in der Küche mit Blick auf die B7 ist es sehr ruhig, da die Fenster anscheinend sehr gut isoliert sind.
