CLOSEST BUILDING TO THE BEACH!!!! Condo has 2 bedrooms, with 1 king size bed on first floor and 2 queen size beds in the loft, 2 full bathrooms on each floor, and a kitchen with fridge,microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, tableware, etc., washer and dryer in the unit,all included. Lanai porch with beautiful views, especially with morning coffee or tea, 2 minute walk to the beach.
Secure, fenced parking is on the mainland, and you take a ferry to get to the island; it usually runs every 2 hours. The access code to the parking area will be given prior to arrival. Most stores are a 15 minutes drive from the parking area. Publix (supermarket) is 3 minutes away. A bunch of restaurants are nearby on the mainland, from 2 minutes to 10 minutes by car.There are NO shops, restaurants or stores on the island, ONLY on the mainland. There is also a community heated pool, smoker, as well as a personal barbecue grill. Non-smoking and no pets.More information avaliable upon request

We stayed at Ivan’s Hideaway Bay condo for 41 nights. The condo was everything we hoped for and more; exceptionally clean, well stocked, tastefully decorated and a prime location with magnificent gulf views. Ivan is great to work with and made moving in and out an easy process. We really had a great stay!

Great Property

We’ve stayed at Ivan’s Island condo for the 2nd time and it does not disappoint. The condo is very clean, well furnished and is in a great location! Ivan is a conscientious host and we never have any trouble communicating with him. This is a great rental property.

Excellent Stay!!!

Property is very well maintained. Has a well stocked supply of kitchen needs, towels for both bath and beach, and beach umbrella and chairs. Golf cart is in good shape and we had no issues with it. View is amazing from the screened porch. Right by the beach access. This was our 5th trip to the island and I will tell you this unit has the BEST BEDS we have slept on yet. Ivan was great to deal with. Communicated very well. Worst part of the stay was having to leave!

A relaxing stay in a tropical paradise,!

Perfect condo in paradise!

The condo was very very clean! The kitchen was fully equipped with all your needs including tupperware for leftovers! Ivan was an excellent host! He was guick to respond to all of our guestions. We would definitely stay in the condo again! Bring some extra paper products, trash bags and bathing suit your good to go! LOVE LOVE LOVE LGI!!!!!

Great stay!

This is our second time staying at Ivan’s place. He is always very responsive to any questions prior and during the stay. The condo is perfectly located just steps from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were also beach chairs and beach towels available. The pool and boat dock is only a short walk. We bring our boat each year to Little Gasparilla and always have a great time with our two young kids. Thanks for the great stay again this year!!

Beach getaway

Enjoyed staying at this property on Little Gasparilla Island. It’s near the beach, quiet, and has all the amenities you could need for a getaway vacation. Listing accurately described the property except the provided golf cart is only for use on the condo property, which I didn’t know until after I booked. Quite a few codes to know and use. Free ferry to mainland and washer/dryer in unit were good to have available. Host responded promptly to questions. Overall very nice vacation property.

We enjoyed our stay on the island. Our host was excellent with communication and helped ensure we had a great vacation. Possibly the best location in the complex with a nice view of the golf. Would definately stay again.

Paradise on LGI

Excellent place, great views, very clean. We could have used some Tupperware for leftovers but we made due. We have been coming to LGI for years with my parents and now my own family and we love it every time! We def will be back again :)
