CLOSEST BUILDING TO THE BEACH, NEWLY RENOVATED!!! The condo has 2
bedrooms; 1 king size bed on the first floor and 2 queen size beds in the loft. There are 2 full
bathrooms, 1 on each floor. There is a brand new kitchen with all-new appliances (fridge,
microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, blender, handheld mixer), along with cookware and
tableware, etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a lanai with beautiful views,
especially with morning coffee or tea, and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Parking for your
car is on the mainland, and you take a ferry to get to the island; it usually runs every 2 hours. The
access code to the parking area will be given prior to arrival. Most stores are a 15 minute drive
from the parking area. There is a Publix only 3 minutes away. A bunch of restaurants are nearby
on the mainland as well, from 2 to 10 minutes by car. There are NO shops, restaurants, or stores
on the island itself, ONLY on the mainland. There is also a communal heated pool, smoker, and
personal barbeque grill. NO smoking and NO pets! More information available upon request.
