The apartment was very good. The only remarks are about the stairs to reach it, they are narrow and very steep. Perfect the shower outside so the tall people has not to squeeze in the one inside.

Over the home was ok. It was neat and for the most part clean. The sounding apartments appeared to be under construction and dirty. The outside seating area and shower appeared to be in poor condition. The home was surrounded by clubs and bars. It was extremely loud and tons of people out in the street drinking and swearing with loud music you can hear throughout entire home. Clubs and bars open anywhere from 2 or 3 am. This is not an a home for families or anyone that wants to sleep before 3am. The area was in a great location for the city. That is all I would recommended. Communication was excellent with the owners. Due to all the issues we did not stay at the apartment and had to get a last second hotel somewhere else. Be aware and ask questions before renting.
