Chiado 6 is a 50 square meters unit located on a third floor without lift. Apartment was fully refurbished under direct Fadoflats supervision in 2014.
Located in an old building, apartment was completely modernized with first class materials that transformed it in a modern, elegant, functional very well equipped unit. Walls down brought to the flat a spacious social area and comfortable bedrooms.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is composed of two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large fit to measure wardrobe; the second bedroom is as small as ingenious and versatile. It is equipped with a bunk bed with two large single beds. The lower bed can easily be transformed into a desk so that the bedroom can be used as an office or a working or leisure area,
A large living room, with a dinning area, an extremely well equipped american kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a storage room complete the apartment.
Decoration was carefully chosen in order to create a refined, elegant but functional and cozy ambiance.
With that in mind, traditional Portuguese pine wood furniture was used, along with modern design pieces (like the bunk bed), unique sets (like the living room table) and original paintings.
The final result is coherent, lovely and very comfortable!

Chiado 6 is located at 3, Travessa Joao de Deus, 3rd floor left, in the desirable Chiado area, the heart of Lisbon, a trendy, vivid fashionable part of town.
Location is unbeatable: within minutes walking distance you will find all types of restaurants, fado houses, luxury shops, latest fashion bars, clubs, theatres, supermarkets, neighbourhood grocery stores and small cafes.
The flat is a great starting point to discover Lisbon: many points of interest are just outside the front door and within 3 to 5 minutes walk you will find Baixa/Chiado Metro Station, the famous 28 tram stops and the railway station to Sintra. Railway station to Estoril/Cascais beaches is 10 minutes walking distance.
