8 bedrooms, 8 1/2 baths. Sleeps 20 in single beds. 7 double twin rooms, one dorm-style room, sleeps 6. Bath in each bedroom. Great room with pool table, game tables, and Direct TV. Large fully furnished kitchen/dining room. Wifi, propane grill, washer/dryer. All linens provided.

Ideal for family reunions, holiday gatherings, summer vacations, golfers, shoppers, church retreats.


10 minutes from historic Glen Rose - antiques, shopping, museums. 15 minutes from Granbury. 20 minutes from Dinosaur Valley State Park and Fossil Rim Wildlife Park. Only five minutes from world-class Squaw Valley Golf Course.

Great, roomy house!

Great place for big group with 8 bed rooms all attached. Lot of friendly animals in the property which kids can pet with. Walkable distance to river. Good for fishing too. Great place to enjoy countryside living.

Great retreat for our whole family!

There were 19 of us and we loved having a bathroom in every room! The dogs and animals were fun too! We were able to enjoy the river and open space. Something for everyone!

Great Family Getaway

We rented the place for Father's Day weekend. The place was amazing, very secluded and provided everything. Kay, the owner, was very responsive with all my questions. Very close to the Brazos River, we enjoy the walk down the river when it had little water on Friday. Then the rain came and the river was full, we fished and catch a few catfish. We set up a volleyball net and play in the field. Everyone enjoy the place.
