* This property sleeps 10 people!!! If we determine you have more than 10 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.

* City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees
* Please park in the driveway at all times. Driveway can accommodate 8 vehicles
* Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.
* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

We were at the home for 5 nights in April. The home was clean and is in excellent shape. The owner communicated well leading up to and during our stay. Amenities were as listed on VRBO.

Great stay, great place
a 4 night stay for family to relax and hopefully watch the eclipse. It was perfect! Everyone enjoyed the house, the locale and the eclipse, from the youngest to the elders.

Great place to get away for the weekend!
We had a wonderful time when we stayed. Beautiful location. The only thing that was unexpected was that while pet friendly, the back yard is not fully fenced so if you bring a dog and its not under voive command and/pr doesnt have great verbal recall I would recommend bringing a long leash so as not not to bother the neigbbors.

Perfect Getaway
This house was perfect for our family and furry family members. We had everything we needed including fans and extra blankets. The view is amazing and even better from the hot tub! The host was very responsive. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

The pictures of property were misleading. Top level has some quirky construction issues, lower level is nicely updated. Main door entrance keypad malfunctioned, broken exterior door lock on sliding doors lower level, mattresses were uncomfortable with poor quality linens. Multiple lights and light switches not working, Oddly placed light switches especially upstairs. Stairs to downstairs are not safe with loose trim on landing, very steep with poor lighting. Beware if you have young children or disabled family members. The pool/game area was not accessible during our stay. Property instruction manual has minimal information, recommend adding information regarding remote controls for operating heating and cooling units and how to access game room area. Outdoor fishing gear was very limited with a mostly empty tackle box, corn hole bags were under deep pile of leaves with the yard needing a limb and leaf clean up. Gate driveway does not have a sensor to open when exiting property from inside. Luckily the lake view was lovely even though the HWY 51 bridge is much closer and noisier than expected. Pet friendly for small dogs with a nice fenced in area from top floor/deck area.
