Great location; easy access to main thoroughfares. Apartment was very clean and quiet. My flight was delayed so arrival to the apartment complex was not until almost midnight. Building locks at night for safety, I assume, but night staff was very quick to respond, allow me in, and check in very quick. I would most definitely stay agsin.

Beautiful location. Quiet!! The room itself was wonderful. It was very clean, well stocked with towels and even items to do a load of laundry when we arrived! The kitchen was perfectly stocked with welcome snacks,water,soda and coffee! The bed was extremely comfortable!!! Thank you!

Very nice studio efficiency in a 55+ building. We were greeted upon entry by Tiffany who welcomed us and explained all the amenities. The room(s) were comfortable and clean and stocked with snacks, coffee and a few sodas. As with most hotels, a continental breakfast was provided. Definitely recommend!

Quiet & centrally located

I came to ski mostly at Snowbasin but also Powder Mountain. The ‘Continental’ breakfast was huge with a few hot items, too. Everyone was very friendly. I sat & ate or chatted with some of the residents of this facility. They would ask how my day of skiing went, etc. I am a single traveler. This was perfect for me. I would return here anytime.

Comfortable, clean and friendly

We both enjoyed the apartment, 1 bedroom and 1 bath. It also had a stackable washer and dryer, if you are so inclined. The owners also had pods to use next to them if you wanted to use it. Also, we arrived later in the evening and they had prepared cold pop drinks in the refrigerator and small bags of potatoe chips. Full stocked for cooking and meals. Friendly neighbors and employees. Highly recommended!

Not quite what we expected

We booked this stay based on the photos and location proximity to our son’s home. We arrived late and were greeted by a friendly check in clerk. We are an adult couple, and felt that the listing would be an adult only apartment complex based on the 55+ part of the description. This is actually very much like an assisted living facility. So if you are an active, new to the 50’s, who has no physical limitations, you will feel out of place. The other residents are very friendly and no one made us feel uncomfortable. The facility is clean, and the residents all appear happy. We were definitely much younger (at 55) than most of the residents. The room itself looked nothing like the photos in this listing. The carpet very much needs to be cleaned as it smelled of urine. The bed is a full size which is not ideal for two, and is both hard and very low to the ground as if to accommodate a wheelchair. The furnishings are limited and could be updated, Other than the carpet the room was clean. The building is quiet and we never felt unsafe. This place would be perfect for those over 55 who have physical limitations or are traveling with someone who does. If you haven’t reached that level of life yet, you would most likely feel more comfortable in a hotel.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to stay before doing an endurance event at Snowbasin. The apartment was quiet and spotless. It was the perfect place to get a good night's sleep before hiking. The manager was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
