I invite you to stay at my detached, single-family home, which is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens, as well as internet, a 42-inch TV, and a satellite dish.(already tuned to German TV channels) It is located in Lotzorai, a seaside resort on the eastern coast of Sardinia, 2 km from Santa Maria Navarrese and 3 km from Tortolì Arbatax. Located 700 metres from the nearest beach (a 2-minute drive), the house is completely detached and features a large private area for guests’ exclusive use, complete with a barbecue and outdoor shower. It is close to all amenities (bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, tobacco shops, banks, post offices, etc.). The region is famous for its scenic beauty and pristine sea (awarded the Blue Flag). All kinds of activities are possible in the area (day trips by boat to the famous and beautiful Cale Sisine, Luna, Goloritze, and Grotta del Bue Marino) or land excursions to these magnificent sites or to the pleasant landscapes of the inland region (Gorropu Canyon). (Grotta Su Marmori) The location is stunning, and the area has been designated one of the five “Blue Zones” on the planet—studied by the global scientific community for the longevity of its inhabitants and the extraordinary number of centenarians, attributed to the authenticity of the local food and natural environment.
