Casa Folias 12 by Escape Home
Casa Folias is a beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow, elegantly decorated with the finest finishes and amenities. On its rooftop you can enjoy both sunbathing and a pleasant jacuzzi, with the convenience of a toilet in the same area. Located just a few metres from the bustling main avenue of Puerto del Carmen and its beaches, you will find an oasis of calm and rest where you can recharge your batteries. It is ideal for families, groups of friends and remote workers.
The booking of this accommodation implies express acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, available on the Escape Home website.
For groups composed of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required. During local festival periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the accommodation has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
