Detached sleeps five guests in three bedrooms. Spacious lounge, leather settees smart tv and broadband.

Modern kitchen gas hob, electric fan oven, mircrowave, fridge freezer. Large capacity washing machine with quick wash.

Cot, highchair & bed guard provided in the property
Beds are all made up but no towels are provded

Garage with large selection of beach toys, wind breaks, beach chairs and body boards ideal for bike storage. There is a dog crate available to use in the garage

One small/medium dog accepted -please give breed when booking. We dont charge for a dog but ask for a refundable dog deposit of £50 paid to us direct

Having walked along the beach we discovered a quiet cul de sac of bungalows with a footpath to the beach.
We bought it for our own holiday for our your children and we now have grandchildren who now enjoy the property

Why they chose this property

Then beach is lovely and flat sand with large pools of water when the tide goes out safe for children ideal for sandcastles and beach games. Also dog friendly.
All of this just an hour from London
