Property was clean and exactly as advertised. The hosts are extremely helpful even with questions in regards to experiences. They even located and shipped back internationally an item we forgot. Will be using again in future travels

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 12. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close enough to explore the Interlaken area while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.Heidi was an exceptional host. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.The highlight, though, was the view. The scenery from the house is simply breathtaking and something we’ll never forget. Waking up to the mountains and the lake every morning was an experience in itself.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Interlaken area.

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Interlaken. The home was as pictured, beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, although it felt a little smaller than we had expected based on the photos.The host was exceptional. Communication was prompt throughout our stay, and they went above and beyond by arranging to have an item we accidentally left behind delivered to our next destination. That level of service was greatly appreciated.Storage space was a little limited, with smaller closets and wardrobe space than we anticipated, but this was only a minor inconvenience.Overall, we had a fantastic stay, would happily recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful chalet! With lovely views of Lake Brienz and plenty of room for a family to enjoy, this is a great place to experience all the great adventures in the area and to come back to your own sauna and hot tub! Our hosts were very kind, responsive and thoughtful. We’re so grateful we were able to stay here - thank you!

What a wonderful place to stay. 5 stars and anyone considering staying here with two families or a large family should stay here. Attentive. Clean. Responsive. Everything you would want. Only item to note (small one) is the downstairs master bedroom is a bit peculiar. No real bathroom or shower. But it’s cold and a fine sleep. Otherwise, PERFECTION!!!

Beautiful, very comfortable home that was furnished with everything needed. Easy walk to train station and short ride to Interlaken Ost made this a convenient base for day trips. Host was very helpful and communicative throughout our booking process and during our stay. Highly recommend!
