3 bedroom 2 bath townhome overlooking Harbor Pond and ocean. Walking distance to everything: town, beach, both harbors, but tucked away in a private, quiet peaceful spot overlooking both the pond and the ocean. Path to pond for kayak launch. Updated kitchen and baths, open concept living and dining. Two decks, the larger of the two, is overlooking the pond and is partially covered. Enjoy the morning sun rising from the ocean and the wildlife on the pond and bushes. Watch the ferries come in and go out of Old Harbor. Front deck is shaded most of the day, with a comfortable rocking chair. 1 bedroom and bath on main floor and 2 bedrooms and bath on second floor. Outside hot and cold shower, for great rinse offs after the beach.
