Stunning holiday villa in Sicily, on the slopes of Etna for a unique holiday.
It is located about 22 km from the sea, at the first climbs of the Etna volcano and has a large private garden where you can enjoy the beautiful Sicilian summer days using the barbecue and eating outdoors.

Interiors:
Ground Floor: large living room with lounge (fireplace), dining room and kitchen, 1 double bedroom (180x200 cm) with bathroom-shower. First Floor (in the attic): 1 double bedroom (190x200 cm) with bathroom-shower and bathtub, 1 double bedroom (180x200 cm) with bathroom-shower.

Exteriors:
Veranda, terrace with pergola (barbecue, dining area), garden, solarium.

Air conditioning and heating via heat pumps.
