Well-equipped 3+ BR, 2 bath village house close to the historic centre - Pézenas

The house is located in Pézenas, a lovely town in SW France with all amenities, a beautiful historic centre, artists, cafes and restaurants. It is surrounded by Languedoc vineyards and within a half hour drive to the Mediterranean seaside. Hiking trails, cycling, markets, good weather and a relaxed pace of life make this a wonderful place to spend time. Easy access to historic sites and activities in Carcassone, Pont du Gard, Montpellier, Narbonne. The house is perfect for four people either as two couples or as a family.

This is a typical village house, built between 1650 and 1850 in Pézenas. The house is on a quiet street two blocks from the medieval centre of town. Parking is available nearby and you can easily walk to all shops. There are bedrooms on the two top floors. The master suite on one floor has its own washroom/wc, and the double bedroom and single bedroom on the next floor up have their own washroom/wc. Open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas - bright and comfortable.

Great location in the centre olf Pezenas. The house has been expertly renovated by Paul and is very well equipped. I was a single traveller but the house is ideal for a family or group of friends.

Brilliant French home from home

My husband and I have just spent a week in this fantastic house in Pezenas. It is a house that is full of French character and charm and yet it gives everything one would want in a home AND more! It is in a great place to enable visitors to enjoy the town to the full. We went to the Saturday market, the Summer Friday night wine festival, the old part of town with its shops and restaurants and all were within a maximum of a 10 minute walk and yet it was so easy to visit the surrounding beaches and countryside by car. The house is ideal for couples, friends and families. But the best thing was the owner had created a place that made you feel welcome, so at home and part of this wonderful area of France. Thank you Paul.

Comfortable house - jolie ville - séjour parfait

Our one week stay in Paul’s house in Pézenas in October was wonderful. The house is comfortable and very well equipped. Everything was clean, the beds were cosy and the cooking appliances worked impeccably. The location of the apartment is perfect for discovering the old town of Pézenas. The city centre has many beautiful historical houses, lots of interesting shops and a wonderful market on Saturdays. All cafes’ and restaurants’ terraces create a lively atmosphere, and are in easy walking distance of the house. Other cities (e.g. Sète, Béziers, Montpellier) and beaches (of Marseillan, Cap d’Agde and Mèze) were well within reach. Paul is very kind, helpful and generous. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

So close to everything

A super spot in central Pézenas which we loved as we were there foe the biannual massive brocante. Host was helpful, quick to respond and home very comfortable - nice bonus amenities too
