This 1000 sq ft home is located in Lick Branch Cove at the 5.5mm at the Lake of the Ozarks in Rocky Mount, MO. Sleeps 8 comfortably.
3 bedrooms, 2 baths along with an eat in kitchen and a large deck is the perfect place for your family vacation. The breathtaking view of the cove from the deck, where you can welcome your morning with a cup or coffee or wind down your evening as the sun sets. The two Slips are occupied and not available for use but the dock has a swim platform perfect for relaxing in swimming off of the dock. We also have (2) kayaks for exploring the large cove. Lounge chairs to work on your summer tan as well as an umbrella table to eat/rest dockside! Great place to make memories year after year!

Great Stay!

The house was great for my family! The views on the deck are perfect and also relaxing in the evening. The dock was nice with the swim platform to sit out on or jump off into the lake. Having the 2 kayaks to use was also a great bonus! The hosts were great and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this home.

Outstanding Home with beautiful view!

This home is perfect for a lake weekend! Very clean and very comfortable! The deck is big and has very comfortable deck furniture to hang out on! Coffee in the mornings to dinner in the evening - the view of the lake is stunning! The owners were fantastic to work with and checking in was easy!

Great family house

Loved everything about the house and the owner was easy to work with. The cove was bigger than I'd expected and the swim dock gets some small waves from boat traffic that scared our 3 and 1.5 year old so altho the dock and water were nice, we didn't get much swimming in. Swimming for an older kid or adult wouldn't have been an issue at all and I would definitely stay here again when mine are a little braver in the water. We still had fun fishing off the dock!

requires a separate lease in addition to VRBO's, which is fine. Also no shampoo or conditioner provided and the house A/C was completely off when we arrived. Otherwise great property and we really enjoyed it for a girls weekend.

Great Girls Weekend

Everything about the house and dock was amazing. Beds were comfortable and clean. The only slight headache was the hill to park. If you have AWD or 4WD, you are good. My minivan had some issues, we had to get out and walk up while one person drove up the hill. If we would have had more than 2 vehicles like we had planned, it would have been difficult. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Wonderful get away, right on the water and very clean place! Perfect amount of space for us and 4 teens! The owners of the house were also wonderful to work with, very responsive and accommodating!

Very clean and very Beautiful

We stayed 5 days at this lake house. When we first walked in it smelled very good and everything was nice and clean. The house is so Beautiful. Our family of 4 stayed here with a friend and her 3 kids. So we had 3 adults, 4 big kids and 1 toddler. We had plenty of room. The 4 big kids loved sleeping in the bunk bed room. We brought a pack n play for our toddler, which fit perfect in the master bedroom by the closet and still allowed access to the bathroom. The water view was amazing. Swimming off the dock was so great and the dock is set up nicely to spend all day swimming. We had access to use the owners water pad and kayaks. The owners were very quick to respond if we had questions with their house. The only "bad" part was the road to the house... Definitely need a vehicle that sits higher off the ground and an AWD or 4WD would work the best on the road to house.

We purchased this lake house as our family escape from the city and our hectic schedules. We had purchased this as a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home and in 2017 had it taken down to the studs, reconfigured the layout while adding some square footage and a basement to make it a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with all the modern day conveniences.
We continue to enjoy our escape at the lake and want to share this experience with you!

Why they chose this property

Situated on a cul de sac surrounded by wooded nature on one side and a gorgeous view and access to the lake on the other side. Perfect for a family vacation or a getaway from the hustle and bustle.
