Great views, good location with a modern apartment. Needs deep cleaning, better kitchen pots/pans (old and unusable), better parking instructions and resolution for guests when other apartment residents park in the allocated parking space, dishwasher repair.

The stay experience at the apartment was very good with all the amenities and the creature comforts that was all there to make the stay quiet pleasant. We were close to shopping centre which was great. The only bug bear we had was the picking up the keys from the place where they were situated. The times to pick them were quiet out our reach as we came in late from Melbourne(10.30 PM). Luckily we had our friends that got our keys and met us at the airport to give us the keys and took us to the apartment. I don't know if there could be a 24 hour pick up for late comers. I don't know if that is possible, otherwise we were happy and would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you.

The instructions are very poor , finding the car park was almost impossible we were about to give up and find another place to stay. Mark the position of the carpark on the instructions, don’t just say find the park on level 3. Instructions for stove , there are no burners on your stove top they are electric. Change that.

Für einen Besuch in Canberra ist dies eine großartige Lage und ein super gemütliches kleines Apartment. Mein Sohn und ich hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Parkplatzsuche in der Tiefgarage war bei unserer Ankunft etwas knifflig, daher wäre eine kurze Wegbeschreibung hilfreich gewesen. Mir war zum Beispiel nicht klar, dass man den Transponder an der Seite des Automaten berühren muss, um das Tor zu öffnen. Als wir dann hineinfuhren und in die dritte Tiefgarage wollten, mussten wir an der Kreuzung rechts abbiegen, und der Parkplatz befindet sich am Ende der Straße, direkt vor uns. Das Apartment ist warm und gemütlich, und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr schön. Falls man etwas anderes braucht, ist das Einkaufszentrum Westfield nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Gleich nebenan gibt es einen netten Weinladen/eine Feinkosthandlung, und das Nudelrestaurant gegenüber war fantastisch. Auch das Space Kitchen an der Ecke ist unbedingt einen Besuch wert. Es war immer wieder schön, am Ende eines jeden Tages in unser Zuhause auf Zeit zurückzukehren. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Canberra kommen. Schade, dass ich die Sauna nicht nutzen konnte ... Nächstes Mal.
