About this property

Beachfront Villa Of Dreams

We have designed and built our dream home, we expect you will love it as much as we do.

Located on beautiful Playa El Coco, our home is only about a 20-minute drive south of San Juan Del Sur. We have a gorgeous pool, two king size master bedrooms over looking the ocean with balcony's, a chef's designer custom kitchen with all the appliances. Our 20' long couch on the veranda is the perfect place to spend the afternoon and watch the sunset and the ocean while feeling the trade winds cool your back. Our guests love traveling to our beach house to get away from it all.

There are 5 bedrooms in the main house that will easily accommodate 10 people in beds.
