- Electric "Belling" four oven and 5 ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher

- Smart TV in the lounge

- Wood burner in lounge and master bedroom (first set of logs provided)

- Travel cot and highchair available

- Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture

- Charcoal BBQ provided, please bring own charcoal

- Private off-road parking for 3 cars

- Pub and shop 2 miles, beach 24 miles

- Please note this is a working farm with livestock so dogs must be under control when exploring the grounds

- Please note that dogs are not permitted upstairs

- Please note due to the age of the cottage there are some low doorways

- Guided nature walks available by prior arrangement with the owner
