The ground floor has space for leaving coats and boots, alongside a stylish shower room. An open staircase then leads up into the welcoming main studio, with high vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. This delightful space features a cheery lounge with a Smart TV and comfortable seating. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen as well as a sumptuous double bed. Outside, the private patio makes a relaxing spot for a morning coffee. You’re welcome to explore the beautiful shared grounds, with quiet seating areas and a gorgeous rose-covered walkway leading through to a picturesque orchard and woodland. Private parking for one car is at the front of the property.
The property has easy access to the nearby canal towpath, perfect for a scenic stroll to the popular Goytre Wharf (1 mile). With the River Usk to the east, this beautiful part of the Brecon Beacons offers a range of activities, including golf, hiking, fishing and a variety of water sports. Climbers can attempt The Skirrid, Sugar Loaf, and Blorenge, all within 10 miles, while walkers can follow the Offa’s Dyke footpath. Also nearby are Castle Raglan, the Big Pit National Coal Museum and Llanover House, all within 8 miles.
