Prestigious duplex apartment recently renovated (December 2025) in the heart of Florence, just a few steps from Piazza della Repubblica and Piazza della Signoria. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of an elegant historic building and is accessed via 100 steps.

An elevator is currently being installed and is expected to be fully operational by mid October 2026. The main construction work has now been completed, so from August onward any inconvenience in terms of noise and dust is expected to be very limited, although some minor activity may still take place in the common areas.

The rental rate has been carefully adjusted to reflect this temporary inconvenience, offering exceptional value for an exclusive property in one of the city's most prestigious and central locations.

When you make a booking, you confirm the agreement to rent directly from the owner, who is an individual. Shortly after, you will receive the contract. Additionally, we will send you confirmation of the services our company will provide to make your stay as smooth as possible. We will be on hand to offer you the support needed to access and enjoy the rented property.
