Palazzo Nori: An Elegant, Renovated Apartment in the Heart of Florence

In the heart of Florence, you will find the impressive Palazzo Nori. Built between the late 14th and early 15th centuries, this building bears witness to a rich history and the transfer of ownership among prominent Florentine families. In 1469, it became the property of the Nori family; Francesco Nori famously saved the life of Lorenzo de’ Medici during the Pazzi Conspiracy. Loyalty and friendship echo within the walls of this noble palace. Today, visitors can admire the historic architecture and imagine Florentine life of the past as they walk through the same spaces once inhabited by influential figures of the Renaissance.
The accommodation is brand new and elegantly furnished, with a renovation that highlights the frescoes and other details reflecting the splendour of Renaissance Florence. The apartment is located on the ground floor without an lift, requiring two flights of stairs totaling 20 steps.
You’ll be welcomed into two beautifully frescoed living areas, perfect for enjoying pleasant evenings in an ancient atmosphere, complemented by modern design furniture.
The kitchen is functional and fully equipped.
The four spacious bedrooms (three of which have en-suite bathrooms) ensure comfort and privacy. The double beds (measuring 160x200 cm) come with high-quality mattresses certified according to current hygiene and comfort standards, made up with sanitised linens. Upon request at the time of booking, two rooms can be arranged with twin beds, and a cot can be added at no extra cost.
The four full bathrooms are equipped with showers, complimentary toiletries, hairdryers, and three soft cotton towels for each guest. A laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron will ensure your clothing is well cared for.
The entire apartment features free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, allowing for full use of multiple devices simultaneously. Air conditioning is available in every room to guarantee your comfort.
