Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the fantastic location overlooking the Ponte Vecchio, as well as the cleanliness, furnishings, spacious rooms, and private bathrooms. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the additional sets of keys and the air conditioning in the apartment with the balcony. We understand how uncomfortable it can be when temperatures are high, especially at night, and we’ll take your comments into consideration as we look for ways to improve our guests’ comfort.
