Executive home in the incredible Columbia Gorge Basin on the Columbia River

Our large four bedroom home in the Sunland Estates Properties sits perfectly located to the entrance of the Sunland Community, we are just past the Boat Launch on the river approximately a block up the street. Our home has views from all four decks, two of which are private decks located off the Master Bedrooms on the third level of the home. We are five minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater for those who come for the World Renowned Concert Venue. We are also five minutes from Cave B Winery and Spa.

The lower level has a full shaded deck that opens up to a large backyard area that will lead you to the pathway to the Beautiful Columbia River.

Breathtaking Views of the Columbia River which spans from Canada to Oregon surrounds you. It’s an ideal get away and a perfect vacation for those who appreciate nature, peace and tranquility. Great spot to enjoy boating, hiking,cycling, paddle boarding and wine tasting in this Desert Oasis area and for Concert Goers. We are five minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater for those who come for the World Renowned Concert Venue. The Gorge has also consistently made the top 3 of the top 10 Music Venues in the US. Side note***as we are so close to venue we are in a coveted knook and can not hear the music from the Venue for those searching for the tranquility that the area brings.

We are also five minutes from Cave B Winery and Spa for a special treat if you care to indulge in Spa Treatments or engage in the award winning Culinary Delights. Reservations are appreciated but not mandatory.

A beautiful community Park is just around the corner on River Drive. You may take your own food and barbeques are available for use. This is a spectacular area to take advantage of, the space is endless with a sprawling landscaped lawn down to the river the sunsets do not disappoint. If you forget your condiments, the Sunland store is a just few steps away. The store does have specific hours so be aware of that as it is not open late.

Our Sunland Home offers something for all to enjoy, it leaves a lasting memory of a more simple life but worry not it does have Internet for those who care to stay connected and to post pictures of your vacation in Sunland, Washington.

Beautiful, relaxing get away!

This is a beautiful home in a peaceful, relaxing location. The house was spotless and very well stocked with all of the necessities and more....just as described! It was the perfect get away weekend for concert at the Gorge. We took advantage of local shuttle service to/from concert venue. We would highly recommend renting this home - you won't regret it!!

Spacious and Beautiful Home!

I stayed at this property with my family and friends to attend a music festival at the Gorge. Great location for this because it was a short 10 min drive. Bryan's communication through out the booking process was super easy and responsive. The house was exactly described, clean, spacious, and everything we needed for our group for the weekend. The view and how big the yard was absolutely awesome. I would definitely stay at this place again!

Beautiful river front home, steps away from the gorge amphitheater!

We had the pleasure of staying in this gorgeous home for our weekend getaway at the gorge. With a large group it gets difficult finding accommodations but we were incredibly impressed by the cleanliness, hospitality, and overall experience at Sunland Estates. With all the amenities provided, we were able to enjoy our time not only at the music festival but while we were unwinding at the house as well. Perfect place for BBQs and fun summertime activities. Great Location with a Beautiful View

We found Quinta Del Sol in Sunland to be the perfect location for our family getaway and visit to The Gorge Amphitheater. We had lots of room and loved the large dining room table for all of us to sit around. It was close to the venue and easy to get back and forth to the concert. The kitchen was stocked with all the things we forgot (salt and pepper!) We are looking forward to returning next year. Thanks Bryan and Lisa for sharing your beautiful home.

Beautiful home with beautiful views!

We enjoyed a relaxing, fun weekend with friends at this beautiful home. Sitting on the deck looking out at the water was by far our favorite activity while at the house! We also went to an amazing concert at The Gorge which was only a couple of minutes away and had a nice dinner at Cave B Winery. The house was very roomy and had everything we needed. There was one bedroom in the basement that was a little more unfinished than we expected and we didn't realize that the two master suites had a shared bathroom. This wasn't a problem but we would have liked to know that was the set up before we got there. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Gorge with a group of people!

Out of this world

We chose to stay here as a larger group coming to a multi-day show at the Gorge venue. We chose well. The property itself is nestled in a tiny little river community amidst the farmlands that surround the venue. The view of the river is spectacular. Easy 10 minute drive to the show, but otherwise fairly isolated, with the nearest town approximately 20 minutes away. Within Sunland Estates, there is a little convenience store with some essentials, a pizza shop, bar. The property itself was comfortable and is described mostly accurately - there are in fact 3 decks: the main floor one, and one off each of the dual master bedrooms. The star gazing potential, on a clear night, is excellent. Note that these two bedrooms share a shower/bathroom, but each have their own getting ready/sink room. There is a speaker system hooked up to an Amazon Alexa that covers the living room, the kitchen, and the main deck - very nice feature for those that value it. Lots of afternoon sun in the whole house as windows are large. Lots of sun in this area, so it does get real bright inside most of the rooms.Owner was great to communicate with.

House in the Canyons

The house is huge! Sunland is always a joy to stay at. The view we had was something else and the back deck made it even better. The AC was set to 74 but would fluctuate from 73 to 75 it was fair for myself but a few of my party members said it was too cold for them. The weather was fair the weekend we stayed. Id hoped it would have been hotter. I stayed in the bottom and that area was much cooler compared the middle and top. Plenty of bathrooms one for each floor with the middle only being half. Enough toiletries for a three day weekend. TV was set up with streaming apps already on. We tried to use the sound system but could not get it to work. Over all it was a fair set up. Only disappointed when we saw the Guitar Hero games but no XBOX. Kitchen had everything we needed. I think the only problem I heard all weekend was that the wifi was very spotty in some spots of the house. Communication with the owner was an ease and we communicated throughout our stay and he is a pretty cool dood. Overall don't rent this property so were able to rent it again in the future. I'm joking 10/10 would love to rent again!

Amazing house near Cave B Winery and the Gorge Amphitheatre

My wife and I had our small elopement at Cave B Winery. We booked this property so we could stay close by with our family. Bryan was the best host Ive had in my many vacation rentals. Extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The property was beautiful and so clean. We enjoyed spending time in the large, grassy backyard. The views of the Columbia river were phenomenal. We cant speak highly enough of the property. We cant wait to return soon.

Practically Perfect Weekend

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO properties over the years and this is one of my favs. Location is great for river access and really close to The Gorge for concert access. Easily 10 steps above camping... Owners were responsive and easy to deal with.

Relaxing stay before concert

We came with a group of friends to see a concert at the gorge. We enjoyed a relaxing day playing in the water with the kids before heading to the concert. It was nice to not have such a long trip to and from the concert (though the traffic getting to the concert was insane, and they then made one of our cars go out to 1-90 and around to get home).

Amazing stay at this amazing home!

After staying at over 6 homes in the Sunland area, I can safely say that this one fit our group's needs the best. The decor was beautiful and everything was clean as was described. The sound system was awesome as we used it both indoors and outdoors on the deck which was nice with the many lawn chairs for sun tanning. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of pots/pans/utensils and condiments. The rooms were all very private and each had it's perks. I should've asked what kind of BBQ Bryan had, was assuming gas or electric but it was coal which would've been perfect if we had only brought some! Overall our stay was great and any issues were solved or rectified by the owner immediately. Would love to stay again!

Great accommodations with a one-of-a-kind view!

Set up is perfect for families and larger groups, the view from the main floor and upstairs bedrooms is stunning! Also loved the separate entrance and bedroom setup downstairs (great space for kids too) Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms all very accommodating and well stocked, owners super responsive and kind! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back here.
