Sunland 😊Funland ! The Grizzly Bear Barn ! A unique place to gather !

This Barn style home is dedicated to our dad’s Phil & Lynn both outdoorsy guys who loved nature ,fishing ,hunting and creating family places to gather . Cheers to all the Great Dads ! Fully equipped bakers kitchen and wet bar makes indoor entertaining easy. Out back the artificial turf is lush and inviting. The block walls create privacy and security. A gas grill for outdoor cooking. Outdoor games provided for both young and old. Easy walk to the Park located on the River for a swim or float . Just minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater. We have added two reviews from another site in the photos. Since then we have made many improvements and upgrades.
Two night minimum available for specific concerts so just ask.

Amazing House!

We had the best time staying here. The Host were very kind and easy to work with. Check in and check out was a breeze. The Host went out of his way to make sure our stay was amazing. The home was very clean and well stocked. We will definitely be back!

The Grizzly Bear Barn was wonderful for our group! Dave and Theresa were great to communicate with prior - and he met us at check in to walk us through everything. Lots of space and super comfy beds. The back yard is big and nice for kids to run around. The proximity to the river and the main beach park were great. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at the Grizzly Bear Barn. Everything you would want/need for an awesome time in Sunland. Was more than enough room for our family of 6. Rooms/Beds very comfortable, and A/C works very well for those hot summer nights. Hosts were very attentive and easy to work with. Will be back for sure!

Wonderful Stay

The hosts were fantastic and extremely attentive upon our arrival to ensure our comfort. We needed a place to stay last minute due to another cancelation and this home was a God-sent gift and a gem! We came into town for a 3 day concert during a holiday weekend. Located steps from the Columbia River, lovely family-friendly neighborhood and the home was well-equipped amenities. Highly recommend this property.

Couldn't ask for better

Stayed at the gorge for beyond. Host was super communicative, let us check in early for free, and was just super nice and welcoming in general. Beautiful backyard, huge kitchen, and plenty of seperated space for lots of people. 3rd time staying in Sunland, this one was the nicest by far and with the rates this year, was the cheapest place we could find. 5/5 stars in every aspect, would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a nice stay at the gorge.

Dave and Theresa were awesome. Their eclectic home was great and our group enjoyed their hospitality. The AC went out on 2nd nite of our stay and the repairs were completed by noon the next day!!! Super communicative, Super nice, and plenty of space for everyone and everything! Hope this house or place they are fixing next door is available again next year.
