Exclusive architect-designed holiday home with wellness – close to the beach and Marielyst This very beautiful and architect-designed holiday home offers luxurious facilities such as a wild bath, sauna and outdoor shower and is located just 4 km from the centre of the popular holiday town of Marielyst with shops, restaurants and exciting attractions. At the same time, the house is only approx. 880 metres from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. The holiday home is built in a modern and inviting style with a focus on comfort and coziness. The well-equipped kitchen contains a coffee machine, induction hob, separate oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The bright living room is furnished with an air-to-air heat pump, free wireless internet, Smart TV and a selection of board games for cozy moments. The main house has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a double bed and one room with three bunk beds. There is also a cot and high chair in the house. In the annex there is additional sleeping space in the form of a sofa bed with a double bed as well as a TV and PlayStation 4 - ideal for children and those with a child's heart. There are a total of two bathrooms. The bathroom in the main house is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer, while the bathroom in the annex has a toilet, sink and shower. The cottage is located on a large 1,200 m² plot with plenty of space for playing and relaxing. The impressive wooden terrace runs all the way around the house and has access from several rooms. Here you will find garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas grill for cozy summer evenings. On the terrace there is also a wonderful wellness area with a wild bath, sauna and outdoor shower. There is a charging station for electric cars (Type 2 - IEC 62196-2). Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
