The property benefits from a large, lawned rear garden with a patio area, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors, along with private parking for up to four cars. BrynView is a no-smoking property and offers easy self-check-in for a smooth and hassle-free arrival.
BrynView is located at the foot of Cefn Bryn, giving easy access to some of the most stunning views on the Gower Peninsula, including the Neolithic King Arthur Stone on the hill. From the top of Cefn Bryn, often described as the backbone of Gower, you can enjoy panoramic views in every direction. To the east lie the Bannau Brycheiniog, to the north the Loughor estuary and Carmarthenshire coast, to the west Carmarthen Bay with views as far as Tenby in Pembrokeshire on a clear day, and to the south Lundy Island and the coast of North Devon.
The location is ideal for exploring all that Gower has to offer, with the world-famous Rhossili Beach just a ten-minute drive away and Swansea approximately 30 minutes by car. Local amenities are close at hand, with a post office and shop within a five-minute walk, and a garage and general store at Knelston, around a mile and a half down the road. A popular local pub is also just a five-minute stroll away, serving excellent food along with a wide selection of beers, spirits and wines. Please note there are no street lights in the area, so a torch is recommended for evening walks. The area is also well known for its sought-after wedding venues, making BrynView an ideal base for guests attending celebrations nearby.
As BrynView is located within the Gower Peninsula, free-roaming animals are common in the area. The property is gated to prevent animals from entering the grounds, and guests are kindly asked to ensure that the gates are kept closed at all times. Enjoy your stay at this charming and well-located retreat, where the natural beauty of Gower and its many attractions are right on your doorstep.
