Full apartment, Colonia Roma, CDMX. Apartment close to IMSS Hospital

Shared apartment in a quiet, centrally located Mexican family setting; literally, everything is right at your fingertips. The building has been inspected and approved by Civil Protection; there is no structural damage. The master bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has a single bed and a single sofa bed, so it can comfortably accommodate 2 or 3 people. Both bedrooms have spacious closets. Bedroom 2 has a full bathroom with a shower inside, which is why this is a shared apartment. The half-bath is right next to the front door. The washing machine/dryer is free to use and is located inside Bedroom 2 due to space constraints. There is internet access and a work desk. Pets are allowed. Just be mindful, as there are other pets in the building; avoid any conflicts. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please follow the building rules. Across from the building is an affordable restaurant; next door is a Montparnasse bakery; on the ground floor, there’s a convenience store and a taco restaurant; next to that is a gift shop; and on the corner is an OXXO (similar to 7-Eleven), so you can buy everything you need. It’s a 15-minute walk to Parque Delta and Pabellón Cuauhtemoc. It’s 11 kilometres from Benito Juárez International Airport (travel time between 20 and 45 minutes, depending on traffic).
