The fairy-tale Villa Sissi overlooks the fishing village of Pescallo and the Rockefeller Foundation’s Villa Serbelloni. It is located in the peaceful town of Aureggio, where you’ll find many boutiques, traditional restaurants, and delicious ice cream shops. From there, you have endless options for exploring various destinations, as well as taking a ferry ride across the lake—the ferry terminal is just a 10-minute walk away.
At the Villa, which opened in June 2015, you can enjoy the stunning scenery from the hot tub, take a dip in the beautiful swimming pool, and relax on the large terrace surrounded by a lush green meadow—the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.


Your stay at Villa Sissi will be an extraordinary and unforgettable experience: luxurious decor featuring traditional Northern Italian timber ceilings, an open-plan living area on the ground floor, a dining room, and a kitchen from which you can see the lake through the glass doors.
On the same floor, there are two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds—both with their own shower rooms and access to the garden. On the ground floor, there are three guest rooms—two with king-size beds (one of which has direct access to the terrace) and one with twin beds—as well as two bathrooms (one of which features a bathtub with a lake view).
You can park your car(s) (up to 4) in the basement garage, which is equipped with a bathroom and modern laundry facilities. There is also a ping-pong table and a foosball table.
