Brand new villa with 2 apartments for 8 people each which can ideally be united to one private villa for a maximum of 16 people. Stunning view on Lake Como with Isola Comacina and surrounding mountains. Swimmingpool and sun deck.

Apartment 1: groundfloor with private garden. 4 bedrooms: 2 with king-size doublebed and 2 with each 2 singlebeds. 4 fully equipped bathrooms: 3 ensuite bathrooms (2 with shower box and 1 with bathtube/shower), 4th bathroom is separate with shower box. This house was perfect for our large group. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath, yet we had plenty of room to gather in the living areas. The house was newly renovated, has a beautiful view of the lake and the property managers were very responsive.

We had a great time! Wendy, the host, is amazing. She is so helpful. She helped us get reservations, find the ferry and with transportation. We werent there long enough and will definitely go back.

Simply Perfect!

We traveled with a family of nine ranging from 18-75 and everyone loved it. Property and views are spectacular! Property is very comfortable and the pool was wonderful in the late June heat. I cannot say enough about Mario and Wendy. So helpful in terms of planning. Just wonderful people! I only wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a wonderful vacation home! It is well maintained, well stocked, very clean and has comfortable beds. But the best parts are the stunning view from the upper terrace, the pool, and the great parking situation. We were a group of 3 families, 14 in all and were very comfortable in the space. Wendy and Mario were great. Very helpful.

Family celebration

12 of our family stayed at the property for a week recently and it was a fantastic trip. Location was perfect, onsite parking, great views of the lake, quiet at night and had all of the amenities we needed. Host was great to deal with. Highly recommend as a place to stay while visiting beautiful Lake Como.

The views are simply amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. We came for a family trip and Wendy and Mario were so helpful, accommodating, and so friendly. Seriously, the best! I cannot recommend this place enough. We had a lovely time exploring Sala Comacina. The house was super clean and essentials were provided. We had a group of 11 stay and it was more than enough space. You will not regret booking this beautiful villa.

Como Friends Trip

A group of 12 neighbors booked the entire house. We had a wonderful time. The views from the second floor porch were stunning; we started the morning sitting on the porch and ended the day there. We enjoyed walking and busing to villages and we also took many ferry boats to other villages. House was excellent place from which to base. The owners and manager were great to work with. We recommend this house and Lake Como.

A perfect stay

What is there not to love? From the help coordinating our plans prior to the trip all the way through our check out, we had a fantastic experience. Our group was 15 people -- and the size and layout of the house was perfect. Very clean, lots of bathrooms, many little touches (e.g. tide pods for the laundry). The location is great -- beautiful views, walkable to a few restaurants, and on a quieter part of the lake with pretty easy access to other cities/towns. We rented 1 car for our group and only used it twice all week to get groceries. If you're thinking about booking this property, do it!

Amazing week at Lake Como

We had the best time at this house in Lake Como. We rented both apartments. The rooms were perfect, plenty of space for a group of 12! The property is beautiful and the views even better than the pictures. Wendy was amazing to help us book dinners and outings ahead of our trip. Wendy & Mario greeted us and made check-in so easy. The little town of Sala Comacina is quite small and quiet but it was perfect for us and easy to navigate to other towns walking, driving or ferry. The markets in Lenno are very close and easy to get to. Could not recommend this house more! We would love to come back some day.

A Stunning Property

We had such a lovely time at Michaela’s property. Other reviewers are correct: the photos do not do the property justice. The views are stunning and the house is well equipped. We were two families of five and the spaces worked quite well, with plenty of room, ample space for us to be all together but also private space. On each floor, three bedrooms have lake views and one smaller bedroom does not. The pool was wonderful and greatly enjoyed by the children especially. Wendy and Mario were super accommodating. We did not have a car (I would recommend one, if only just to get groceries) and Mario transported us to the grocery store and to the weekly market. The house itself is in a wonderful area - primary locals — and is not overrun by tourists. Beautiful house in a beautiful location.

So lovely!

We were a group of 13 (6 adults, 7 children ages 6-8) and we had the most lovely, wonderful stay on this property. It was exactly as pictured: clean, modern and spacious. Air conditioning was in the bedrooms, though we were fine in the living area without it (warm but not uncomfortable). We rented both units and had plenty of space for all of us. We particularly loved eating on the upper level terrace - the view! Wendy (and Mario) was always very helpful and responsive for all of our random requests. Having the pool was fantastic, particularly for the kids. The house is located in between two villages and it was fun adventuring to each of them, though I'm glad we had a car for our supermarket outings. The only suggestion we had from the peanut gallery (kiddos) was better internet access - we had a lot of devices though so we know it was stretched. We would absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful villa with a brilliant view of Lake Como

We LOVED our stay here! The villa is absolutely amazing with a breathtaking view over Lake Como and the mountains beyond. It has arguably the best view of the lake - overlooking the only island of Lake Como, Isola Comacina. Everything is new and clean and comfortable and well thought out. All correspondence was speedy and helpful. Wendy and Mario met us on arrival and were extremely lovely and helpful during our stay with great advice on where to eat and shop and how to get around. We hired the entire villa for our group of 8 adults and 8 children. The villa couldn't have been more perfect for our group with plenty of space for everyone. Each of the double bedrooms opens out onto that amazing view. We loved sitting on the deck or the lawn with food and drinks and just looking out over the view of the lake... We also enjoyed exploring the local area of Sala Comacina and Lenno with all the beautiful narrow cobblestone walkways. We started most days with the most amazing chocolate croissants from the small local bakery. We caught the ferry over to explore Menaggio and Bellagio - Wendy helped us with directions for this. You can also reach Menaggio by bus. We made such beautiful memories during our stay and we would love to return some day.

Amazing stay in Como

Came to Lake Como with a large group of friends (13) and the house was absolutely perfect for our trip. Everyone had a room/bed as well as their own bathroom which is crucial for having that many folks get ready for nights out. The house had parking which was very convenient and two kitchens which allowed us to cook a huge family meal. The views are stunning - never gets old. Finally, Wendy was fantastic - super helpful and was able to help us navigate some of our reservations in town when we were getting stuck. Very responsive, warm and welcoming upon our arrival which set the tone for the trip. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend.

Fabulous villa, incredible views

From the very start Michaela, the owner has been friendly, approachable and helpful. She also carried our booking, for our family of fourteen people, over the two years of Covid without asking us to pay an increase. When we arrived at the villa the loveliest people, Wendy and Mario, the villa managers, were waiting there to greet us and over the holiday they were wonderful, kind and thoughtful. They also helped us out whenever we were booking restaurants and taxis. The villa itself was magnificent and spotless with the most beautiful views overlooking Lake Como. The villa was very modern and fully equipped stylish furniture and very comfy beds. The bedrooms also had plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. There was also a lovely pool and a gas bbq. You really could not even imagine how incredible the views are and I would highly recommend this company and their magnificent villa.

Large family vacation

We planned a family vacation with 6 adults and 5 teens-tweens in celebration of our parents 50th anniversary. The property is gorgeous and breathtakingly beautiful. The pool is great and was a lifesaver to keep the kids busy during the heat wave. The villa is spotless and new and spacious for a large family. Wendy is fantastic and helpful with everything—We cannot thank her enough for all of her help. Here are some issues we faced —the villa is up on a hill and it is not that easy to get anywhere. We had 2 people with us that have mobility Issues and that coupled with the fact that you had to walk a half mile on rough terrain to get to a restaurant or get a cappuccino made things difficult. We highly recommend getting a car. Also, because there was a heat wave during the time there the main area was very hot. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is great but in the daytime in the kitchen/living area it can be stifling. Thank you to Wendy, Mario and Michaela.

Wendy and Mario are absolutely the best. Very caring and accommodating. Always there when you need them- going well above the call of duty. Spotless property, amazing views of the lake and Isla Comacina. Hosts went out of their way to meet us, greet us, answer our questions, meet us even before our stay . The ensured we had all we needed, and explained local things very well. All in all, a fantastic experience. We will be back. Tghe kindness of the hosts made this a memorable expeince for all iour friends- and we have made friendships for life with Wendy and Mario. Thank you both very very much.

Ladies Weekend Away

From start to finish Wendy (Michaela's Property Manager) was on hand to help. We arranged a number of restaurants and taxi's, airport transfers and a day on the a boat before we arrived, we would not have had the wonderful weekend we had if it wasn't for Wendy. The location of the villa and its facilities were exactly what we needed and wanted for my Mum's 60th. The villa is so wonderfully laid out and as a group of 10 it catered for all of our needs and let us not feel as through we were on top of each other - the pictures are true and the view is stunning. I really would recommend the villa and the area for the a weekend that allows you your space and enough to do to see the lake and the surrounding towns without feeling exhausted or that anything is a million miles away. Thank you again Wendy.

Family Vacation to Paradise

We recently had the privilege of staying at The View Lake Como. We were a family of 15, and took over both units. See my comments below: 1. The Villa: The photos do not give the view justice as it quite breathtaking. The units were spotless when we arrived and you could tell it was just recently renovated as everything is brand new. Both units are basically identical, with the top unit having the advantage of the large terrace off the kitchen (we used this unit as the "main" one where we all hung out). For Europe, we were impressed with the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms and did not need or want for anything. One item to note, there is no a/c in the living room, but that was not an issue at all for us even when it was in the high 80s - somehow it remained cool with the fans and breezes. 2. The Location: we really loved where we were situated. We elected not to rent cars because we were so many people and instead relied on car services when needed. That said, there is plenty of restaurants and activities in walking distance including the ferry to other parts of the lake. Just keep in mind, the ferry only comes a few times to the port nearby. Only thing that is a little far is a proper grocery store which is about a 30 minute walk - so may want to coordinate a car to reach that once or twice during your stay. 3. The Owner/Managers: Cannot say enough about Wendy and Mario who were so lovely and attentive - they welcomed us and made themselves available if needed. Special thanks to Wendy who was particularly helpful in coordinating all of our transfers (we went on a number of day trips - Milan, Venice, and a Winery nearby which I highly recommend - Sorsasso). 4. Overall, we had a truly memorable experience and recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in the Lake Como area. We have been renting villas and homes around the world over the last 10 years as a large family and it always difficult to make everyone happy and I can honestly say this was the first property we all loved.

Great time

Amazing home in a great location on the lake. Wendy and Mario were great at checking in and super helpful throughout the stay from dinner/car reservations to tending to any questions we had. Our group of 11 rented both units for the week and would love to come back.
