This beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath mountain golf course home is the perfect escape from the busy city life. Provides a quite secluded setting on the golf course, a short drive to Mt. Hood skiing, hiking, biking and fishing. This home features an open floor plan with an expansive wall of windows that overlook the golf course. Large cedar deck and outdoor fire pit make for a perfect time with family and friends. Cozy up inside with the river rock wood burning fireplace. This home comes fully equipped with AC, WIFI, DVD player, cable, safety phone landline, kitchen utensils, kitchen baking supplies, games, and puzzles. It's located less than a 5 minute drive from Welches local eateries, bars, and the resort lodge. This beautiful region of the Northwest provides the opportunity to get outdoors and hike, ski, snowboard, snowshoe, golf, and fish. There are three 9 hole golf courses readily accessible including the one that the property looks over. Within less than a half an hour there are three downhill ski and snowboard resorts. Family Christmas Trip

The house and property were perfect for our family vacation. House was clean and well stocked for everything we needed. Beautiful cabin feel - perfect for playing games by the fire or coming home from the mountain.

Perfect Family Reunion Spot!

We have been coming to Welches for 15 years for a family reunion golf tournament. Last year we found this wonderful house on the golf course. We will be back every year! It’s the perfect setting and has everything we need.

Perfect Cabin Getaway

Suzanne's place was perfect for our mountain getaway with our family friends. We had 5 kids 8 y/o and under the set up was perfect and included lots of games for the kids to play with. Easy trip up to Mt. Hood and near by trails and access to Salmon River for our kids to play in. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Family get away

Family get away. Very quiet and relaxing some in our group were hoping it was a little closer to snow activities. House is everything that's listed. Easy to get to and host was very quick to answer any questions.

Beautiful Home and Setting

Our group of 8 women rented this home for a weekend planning retreat. We could not have asked for a better experience. The home is spacious and comfortable -- we always look for enough living room seating for everyone in our group. The beds were great, the kitchen was well appointed and the host was very responsive when needed. And the setting was beautiful and occasionally entertaining.

Cozy house with fabulous location, makes it easier to explore mt Hood with young kids. One of the best house equipped with tons of toys and games for young kids.

Suzanne was lovely and the property was gorgeous and well-stocked. My family and i had plenty of room to spread out and we had the bonus of watching golfers putting on the green! Highly recommend.

Great cozy and spacious cabin

Suzanne communicated extremely well with me through out the stay! The cabin is cozy and spacious right on the golf course. Location is only 30-minutes away from the ski slopes, a mile from restaurants and grocery store and a nice walk to the Resort Spa.

Amazing!!

We had family fly in and we enjoyed the holiday weekend at the cabin. It‘s such a beautiful place. The layout was perfect to accommodate all of us. We were just 20mins to skiing and tubing. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely be booking again!!

Beautiful well maintained home located on 2nd hole of Pine cone of the Resort at Mountain golf course. Close to everything. Suzanne, home owner, super responsive and has done a wonderful job marking this home comfortable, super nice to have A/C as well. Wonderful House in a beautiful setting

We rented this property for a family gathering. It was perfect! The location is fantastic, looking out on a golf course surronded by beauthful trees. The kitchen was well equiped and the bedrooms very comfortable. The dining room works well for a family meal and the outside deck was great and where we spent much of the time. I would highly recommend this property

Beautiful House on the green!

We had an amazing stay at the Mountain Golf Course Retreat. This house fit our group perfectly. The house is appointed with everything we needed and more! The indoor set up and the BBQ and the outdoor deck was so great to gather and have drinks and dinner and enjoy the view of the golf course. Suzanne is very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely come back next year for our annual family golf tournament.

Perfect for family getaway

Our family stayed at this property during the holiday week. It's a beautiful house and fully furnished (complete kitchen wares) and complete with everything we needed for our few days stay. It had a nice holiday decoration (we stayed right after Christmas) and the property was impeccably clean, which was perfect for younger kids. It's conveniently located near the Mt Hood resort and other sno parks within short driving distance. The only hiccup we had was just the check-in process. We were supposed to get the check-in procedure at least 3 days before our stay, but we never got the instruction so we had to contact the property owner late on Christmas eve (2 days prior to our stay) to inquire about how to enter the house. This was a small hassle because our vacation week was already hectic, but Suzanne picked up our call and we were able to quickly resolve the issue within a couple hours. Other than make sure you check your check-in steps prior to your stay, we highly recommend staying at Suzanne's property. We had a truly enjoyable stay and would love to come back again in the future!

Lovely home....pricing is fuzzy

If price isn't an issue then this place is great. It's clean, well decorated and kitchen cookware/dishes are well stocked. We were there during a snow dump so I reached out to the owner more than usual. And, unfortunately, we had to shovel our way out of the driveway...then push our daughter’s AWD car down the snow rutted road to get to the plowed road....which resulted in us wearing out what seemed to be a brand new plastic snow shovel. She was nice enough not to charge us for that. A neighbor told us it was the worst he'd ever seen there. It was an adventure, to say the least! . ;-) The home has beds for 11 people yet the nightly fee only covers the first four people. After that there is an extra charge per person per night. Annoying, but not terribly uncommon. What bothered me is we were charged a "Additional Bed" fee. What is that? There are four bedrooms and we only used three of them. Of the available seven beds, we used three queens and one twin, leaving two twins and one queen untouched. I'm at a loss for what this fee was. We had originally needed a four bedroom but two of our family members had to drop, leaving us only needing three. Unfortunately the cancellation policy on this home is kind of tight and we would have lost half of our money had we cancelled. It's a great house and I'd love to stay there again but I just don't know that it's quite worth the cost. If you have a bunch of people pitching in, then sure. It’s an attractive and comfortable home, right on the golf course which provides privacy and a nice open view.
