Very nice wooden house of 35 m2 fully equipped for 2 people (possibility to add a cot and a high chair for a very young child on request without markup).

Rates include bed linen (sheets, towels, bath mat, kitchen towel).

A comfortable bed in 160cm, a sitting area, an open kitchen, a flat screen TV (Orange TV), wifi, a shower room, heating or air conditioning depending on the season.

Outside, a terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue.

In a green and leafy countryside environment, 10 minutes walk from the city center of Sarlat by a pedestrian path.

An ideal location to enjoy the Pearl of Black Perigord and all this region that never ceases to amaze us with the wealth of its sites, castles, prehistoric caves, villages, landscapes, not to mention its gastronomy.

Nice quiet Cabane

The host provided all the information we needed prior to check-in. The Cabane was well equipped and comfortable. It was a unique place to stay. It is in a very quiet area with a short walk to town. The host was very kind and helpful

Un grand merci à Séverine la propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Une location que l'on ne peut que recommander( situation géographique, décor, literie, environnement).Petit plus non négligeable, un accès facile au centre de Sarlat par un petit chemin ombragé et boisé et ce en 10 mn à pieds.

Das kleine Haus im Grünen ist sehr gut geeignet, um als ruhiger Ausgangspunkt zu dienen, in die über einen kleinen Fußweg zu erreichende tolle Innenstadt zu gelangen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, um zu Kochen und die wunderbare Terrasse zu genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank Severine!

Bon séjour à Sarlat

Une gite de bonne qualité, jolie cabane en bois bien aménagée et équipée avec tous les produits de première nécessité disponibles (ce qui est très pratique) avec un accueil agréable de la propriétaire et de la disponibilité en cas de nécessité. Le gite est situé dans un coin très tranquille de Sarlat et à 10 mn à pied de la ville historique ce qui n'oblige pas à prendre sa voiture (et l'été beaucoup de circulation). Séjour inoubliable dans cette petite maison ou l'on si sent bien

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cette petite maison en bois au charme fou pour les 25 ans de mon mari,tout est bien équipée et très propre,avec une terrasse très sympa et un beau jardin. Proche du centre (on peut y aller a pied par petit chemin)mais à la fois on se sent retiré et cela est très appréciable,l intérieur est décorée avec goût et il manque rien. Séverine et Frédéric les propriétaires sont très accueillant et très sympa. Encore merci pour tout, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Un lieux Magique

Mon conjoint et moi même avons passés une semaine dans le chalet où nous avons passés un moment très très agréable. Le chalet est tout confort, très bien équipé! Même avec des températures assez froide nous n'avons pas eu froid!!! nous avons beaucoup appréciés la terrasse malgré le froid le cadre est tellement agréable que prendre l'apéro le soir sur une terrasse magnifique est un régal (surtout avec des bougies, quoi de plus romantique). La proximité au centre ville de Sarlat n'est pas à négliger, La proximité des axes routiers principaux aussi! et c'est pratique pour visiter tout les petits coins que cette belle et charmante régions réserve! A conseiller! Et à REFAIRE sans hésitation!!!

Location confortable tout proche du centre

Charmante petite maison, proche du centre historique de Sarlat, très confortable et bien équipée. Mieux vaut sans doute la louer pendant les beaux jours car il y fait assez froid lorsque les températures extérieures sont négatives. La propriétaire, très sympathique, disponible et arrangeante, saura répondre à vos demandes (ex: besoin d'un radiateur supplémentaire, idées de visites, ...)
