Apartment has 4bedrooms, a large kitchen and nice view on Arc de Triomphe. It is on the third floor of an old building. It is fully equipped with needed amenities. Wifi, Netflix available too. The access for First floor is by stairs. Small lift after. Not convenient if you have wheelchairs or can’t walk up stairs.

Wonderful property

Well cared for, clean, and convenient to wonderful dining and brasseries. Apartment was perfect for a family of 5 (3 teenagers) as everyone had their own bedroom. Wonderful to come back to this apartment after a day of exploring. Host was very responsive and communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

New year in paris

This apartment was the best as was its host and owner! The location within a block of the Arc de Triumpe was incredible, especially on New Year’s Eve with all the fireworks. The apartment is spacious and has all the essentials and then some. It is easy to go anywhere in Paris from this location. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. The host was a great help in settling in and providing area information. Truly a great stay!

Terrific Property!

Our family of five stayed here for a six-day trip to Paris. The apartment was conveniently located just blocks from the Arc de Triomphe. It was spacious, very comfortable (the central air conditioning worked wonders over a warm spell in June), and included all of the conveniences we needed for our stay. The hosts could not have been more hospitable and accommodating. 11 out of 10.

Trip of a Lifetime

I was introducing my daughters and granddaughters to Paris. This VRBO is in the heart of Paris, just 1/2 block from the Arc d' Triomphe and easy walking distance to shopping, lots of restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. Transportation by train or bus was nearby. This Dream Apartment offered each of us a separate bath and bedroom, comfortable mattresses and room to relax after days of museums. The host was superb and his welcome made us feel right at home. Even in July this was a cool, delightful place to stay. I definitely recommend.

Amazing place in the heart of Paris!

This place is excellent! Large 4-bedroom apartment, tons of space! Amazing location a half-block from the Arc de Triomphe. Big living room and kitchen. Hosts are amazing people, super responsive and attentive. Jo the host met us when we arrived, with 2 keys to the apartment and gave us a little tour of the place and all the info we needed, answered all our questions. In fact he had the place stocked with snacks, drinks, a bottle of champagne and a full wine fridge, all for us to eat and drink at our leisure, no charge to us! Amazing!! Best VRBO hosts I have ever experienced! The AC worked extremely well, and the building and apartment are very secure. Small elevator for getting your luggage up and down since this is on the 4th floor up from the street. (elevator starts on the 2nd floor but still nice for getting from 2nd floor to 4th floor for luggage or for my mother who is 77). Building is very quiet for sleeping, despite being in the middle of the city on a very bustling street. Great water pressure in the showers, and plenty of hot water for the 6 of us. Beds very comfy! Just can't say enough about this place and the wonderful hosts. Highly recommend for families or for couples!!!

Spacious apartment in an excellent location

Our family of five greatly enjoyed staying in this spacious apartment. The owner, Nabil, met us when we arrived from the airport. Even though we were arriving before the appointed check-in time, he made sure to help us store our luggage until the apartment cleaning could be finished. He even volunteered to help us carry the luggage. We were pleasantly surprised to find that he had left us many provisions in the apartment, so that we had snacks, Nespresso and more from the very beginning. The location of this apartment is ideal – you really can see the Arc de Triomphe from the living room window. That also means that it is a very quick walk to the champs Elysees, or to the metro station. Within a block, you’ll find a supermarket, three different bakeries, two fruit markets, and an ATM machine. And particularly during the summer heat, the fact that there is AC throughout the apartment is priceless.

Excellent Apartment in great neighborhood!

This is a perfect apartment and location for two families. Clean, spacious, and in a great location. We stayed for 6 days and wished it could have been longer. Nabil was great to deal with, and the check in and check out process was quick and easy. Great neighborhood, close to many transportation options, and easy to get around to all sightseeing options in Paris. Would highly recommend and hope we get a chance to stay there again!

Everyone (all six female adults) was very pleased with our visit. There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable, prepare and enjoy many meals. There were many helpful brochures and books on hand. Location excellent; felt like home. Missing it!

Fantastic apartment and hosts

We were 6 adults and 2 children and had a fantastic 3 night stay in the apartment. It is very large and spacious so everyone had their own space and it was great to cook and meet around the table in the kitchen for meals. It is very well stocked with linens, towels, toiletries and also snacks and spices. The hosts are very considerate of children and were really responsive to our requests. The location is superb and the picture you see is from the balcony of the TV room. Many main attractions are withing walking distance: Arc de Triomphe of course, Tour Eiffel, Champs Elysees, Place de la Concorde, Aquarium de Paris. Their is a supermarket opposite the road and a very large Monoprix within walking distance, wonderful bakeries in the area and it is literally a 50 m walk to the metro. We also had to use the emergency doctor service who arrived within 10 minutes and some of the pharmacies were open even on the Easter holidays. I will definitely book this apartment again.

Great layout, completely renovated, amazing location and the host could not be nicer. He gave amazing recommendations on brasseries and even brought our bags up. I cant say good enough things about the entire experience.
