Located on a hill is this beautiful and comfortable house, with everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday among nature but close to everything, beaches, marina, golf club, restaurants, discos, markets, etc. They are a few minutes from the area, and 10 km from the city of Ibiza.
The house has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them is independent and has a bathroom, a comfortable and functional fully equipped kitchen Oven dishwasher microwave fridge etc. Dining room and a spacious living room with plasma tv, satellite tv, stereo, ADSL WIFI internet that overlooks a covered terrace and the pool.
The pool is 10 x 4.5 m with 2 covered terraces with lounge chairs and dining table outside, and another covered area with a large barbecue.
The property is fully fenced, pets are allowed with prior consent, it has 27,000 m2 of land and there are no neighbors more than 100 meters around.

We had an amazing time at the destination. The Pool was great and the contact Person was very friendly, helpful and nice. The Check in was easy, and the House looked even better than in the pictures. We will visit again.

Von Anfang bis Ende perfekt! Alles sehr sauber und vorallem viel schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Man liegt sehr mittig von Ibiza und kommt deshalb auch überall gut hin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé 8 jours merveilleux dans la Villa de Ricardo. La villa est superbe, très bien située, à 10 minutes de la ville d’Ibiza et de toutes les commodités, au calme sur une colline au milieu de la nature. Espace Barbecue, piscine, salon de jardin, tout est très propre et bien entretenu. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr ! Merci à Ricardo pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, et merci pour le charbon pour notre dernier Barbecue 😉

Ricardo was a fantastic host, the villa was exquisit, the view was great, everything was very spacious. The BBQ place is really big and perfect for cooking. The pool is also nice and any request was taken great care of by Ricardo. But the highlight ist Tupac, the watchdog. Cutest dog ever seen. Also there are donkeys and chickens around to visit. We would always come back!

perfekter Urlaub

Haben die Finca für 8 Tage gebucht. Obwohl wir erst um 23.00 Uhr angekommen sind, hat die Übergabe super geklappt. Die Finca hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Sauberkeit hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Lage uns Ausstattung waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Une belle maison au calme sur les colines

Ricardo le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible, Nous avons été mis à l'aise dès l'arrivé, avec une visite détaillée de la maison et plein de conseils, des bières au frais, une corbeille de fruits pleine, et de quoi faire des sandwich. La villa est très jolie et bien entretenue (proche du neuf), tout y est : des grandes chambres, une cuisine complète, deux salles de bains et plusieurs coin apéro autour de la maison. La maison est reculée et retiré donc niveau tranquillité c'est parfait, le seul bémol c'est que si vous voulez sortir en taxi, ils on du mal à trouver, il faut indiquer " la casa colonial" ou "la colina" Un séjour sans problème, avec un ménage offert en fin de semaine, Ricardo à été souple sur les horaires de départs, nous avons réservé la maison pour 9 nuits. Nous reviendrons sans soucis, merci pour tout et à bientôt

We adored our stay. Ricardo, our host, could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The house was extremely well equipped in a quiet and beautiful location. Our only criticism was that the house really could do with air conditioning.

Wonderful stay at this great villa, super location and very helpful host!!

We had a fabulous few days staying at this excellent property. The booking process through HomeAway was smooth, and owner Ricardo was friendly and helpful in communications before arrival. Throughout the stay he was a very gracious host. The house is even better than it looks in the photos - truly spotless and well appointed. Very comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped and modern kitchen, comfortable lounge and several outdoor seating areas, and of course the pool! Our kids spent so many hours swimming and playing in the pristine pool. The house is very well maintained and in a quiet location, it is several hundred metres from the main road so ideal for access, but tranquil and feels like you have the valley to yourself. The property is not at all overlooked. We really enjoyed being able to eat in different places around the property - the table by the pool, the covered seating area next to the amazing built in BBQ (apparently typically Uruguayan, Ricardo's home country), the dining area just off the kitchen, or the lounge area overlooking that fabulous pool. The furnishing is of a very high quality and speaks to the fact that this is also the owner's home, when not being rented out. Attention to detail is high - a lovely bowl of fruit on arrival, and milk, water and orange juice in the fridge!! Plus a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine (and for the Brits, a kettle and a toaster...) The linens were of high quality and towels were provided, both for the bathrooms and also for the pool/ beach. The only negative is the lack of air conditioning, but large floor-standing fans were provided in every room. The property is accessed via a private track with electric gates, with ample parking including a covered space by the back door to the house. For families, the pool is fenced off (we felt totally safe with our kids who are 10, 8 and 6). There is an alarm at the property, a very good sized safe, and good wifi (we were powering 3 tablets and 2 phones, no problem). Ibiza Town is 10-15 minutes away by car, the northern beaches about 25-30. We found it an absolutely ideal location. Nearest big supermarket - a Mercador - is 10 minutes away in Santa Eulalia, and there are numerous smaller shops along the carretera and in the neighbouring towns. So how to summarise our stay? We had a very nice time. We really enjoyed the property and the location. Our first visit to Ibiza and we loved it. We would definitely recommend, and would return!

great time, great place.

After 5 connectives years in Ibiza, this is the one that is getting close to the perfection almost! The location is perfect for me, lost in the middle of the mountain, calm & peaceful, 2 mins away from the road that brings you north either south, you can count 10 min to Santa gertrudis, 10 more for evissa or so. The house is fully equipped, we were 6 included 4 kids, we didn't miss anything, and enjoyed the end of day bbq spot. little details, we had no mosquitos either other little annoying animals, even in this natural situation! Great beds and furnitures, nothing is missing, if so, Ricardo is smartly helpfull. The wifi is sometimes having the spanish rhythm but look where you are! in the middle of the trees! can't have everything. Great spot to have a good time with friends or family, there is a bedroom with its own sanitary, making it independent, perfect if you go with teenagers. which was my case! I am just looking forward to my new trip there. As you could understand, we loved that place.

Picture perfect cottage in the hills

Great, clean, charming, solar-powered house. The house looks even better in real life. It has an amasing pool with a priceless view over the hills and Argentinian BBQ patio. Good location, about a 10-minute drive from Ibiza town and lots of great beaches, restaurants nearby. Lovely helpfulful owner. We will definitely rent this little gem again.
