Wonderful holiday ☺️

An amazing house, with everything you need in the kitchen and lots of space. A gorgeous pool and grounds. It’s a perfect area for exploring all of ibiza (you do need a car here). Toni was very helpful and lovely, thanks so much for having us!

Great location

We had the opportunity to spend two wonderful weeks at the villa close to Santa Gertrudis. We had a very warm welcome by Toni, offering fruits and vegetables from his own garden. The house was fully equipped and no wishes were left over. Washing maschine, air condition, pool, parking garage, etc…! This was our 5th trip to Ibiza and we could say that this was by far the best and cleanest villa we had so far. Thanks a lot Toni and we will come back !

What a beautiful villa and location

The owner kindly contact us before we arrived and gave us directions to the villa. He was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us where everything was located. The house is stunning, fully equiped and has real home comforts. The pools was well used and the grand children did not want to leave and would have happily stayed at the villa for the whole time. They had to be dragged away to visit other places on the island but always wanted to go back to our pool. The photos did not do the property justice and is fully equiped for a guests ever need. It is surrounded by oranges, grapes, water and honey dew melons as well as tomatoes which grow just outside the villa. The location seemed isolated but is only ten to fifteen minutes from any town and airport. There is a lovely small village just ten minutes away which is well worth a visit and Ibiza town is full of small alleyways with bars and restaurant. This property is well worth a visit as it is in the perfect location and the owner is the prefect host. The Cox family

Herrliche Tage auf Ibiza

Es waren fantastische 2 Wochen die wir in der Finca verbringen konnten. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist wirklich hervorragend, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool, die Außenanlage sowie das Haus sind sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche sowie die Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral auf der Insel und für uns perfekt gewesen, da wir sämtliche Locations sehr gut erreichen konnten. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Kommunikation war absolut reibungslos. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wundervolles Haus

Wir haben zu Viert die Finca am Rande von Santa Gertrudis bewohnt. Ein wunderschönes, geräumiges Haus mit großzügigen Zimmern. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten und reichlich Stauraum für Kleidung. Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Wohnbereich ist riesig und führt auf die überdachte Terrasse, auf der wir die meiste Zeit verbracht haben. Der Blick auf die Felder und die Orangenbäume war wunderschön. Jeden Morgen gab es frisch ausgepressten O-Saft von selbstgepflückten Orangen. Am Pool wehte immer ein leichter Wind, dass es auch dort bei Hitze gut auszuhalten war. Am Haus führt eine Straße vorbei, die zu Stoßzeiten gut befahren ist. Und hat es überhaupt nicht gestört. Man sollte jedoch berücksichtigen, dass es dadurch zu etwas Motorenlärm kommt. Abends wurde auf dem Grill der frische Fisch gegrillt und das gemeinsame Essen bei untergehender Sonne haben wir auf der großen Terrase genossen. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich freundlich und das Haus ist von Grund auf durchweg sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Very nice villa, great location, amazing host

We’ve rented a lot of villas & met some lovely hosts, and Toni stands out for his efficiency, responsiveness, and just being a really nice guy. From his first communication to the last, he’s been impeccable. The villa is lovely, with nice countryside views. Toni has built, furnished & decorated it to a high standard. It’s very comfortable. As others have mentioned there is some road noise, but you soon zone that out. It’s a fab location for visiting every corner of the island with beaches 15 mins drive away & no more than 30 mins to the furthest point. Highly recommend this villa.

Very spacious Villa with big grounds

Very well designed comfortable Villa with a great owner. The only thing is next to a main road but did not bother us at all. Highly recommend. Pool is very good and plenty of fruit and vegetables in the garden to consume as well.

Sentirse como en casa !!!!

Segundo año que repetimos encantado nuestra instancia en Ibiza con la familia Roig. Su manera de preocuparse por nuestra comodidad y seguridad, de hacer todo lo que este es en su mano para asegurarnos una buena instancia solo puede ser respondido con mayor gratitud y respeto. Su predisposicion es total y se nota mas en los pequeños detalles. La gran variedad de frutas y verduras que ofrece la huerta es sencillamente un regalo. Echaré de menos mis paseos de bici casi a diario alrededor de la isla, mis baños de medianoche en la piscina de la casa, los rincones que Toni me recomendo llevar la familia a cenar y sobretodo la tranquilidad del campo. De nuevo mil gracias a toda la familia Roig por hacernos sentir como en casa !!!! Hasta el año que viene !!!! :)

Lovely villa and friendly owners

We really enjoyed our holiday in Ibiza and our stay at this villa. The owner and his wife made us feel welcome from the start and were friendly, hospitable and always available if there were any problems. The villa is new, built on a raised tier above road level and is very clean (regular changes of towels and weekly cleaning are included), with modern appliances in the kitchen, Wi-Fi, and plenty of space for 5 adults. It is situated in the heart of the island, with fields and orchards growing delicious strawberries and oranges (guests can pick these to squeeze fresh juice for breakfast) on 3 sides. Although there is some road noise as the villa is by a busy road, on the positive side this gives quick access to Santa Gertrudis (where there are numerous good restaurants and shops) and other towns on the island are within an easy drive. A car is essential as there are no shops or beaches within walking distance. The pool is a nice size (bigger than it looks in the photos) and although it is not heated, by the end of June the water had warmed up well. The living accommodation, bedrooms and bathrooms are all upstairs (good mobility needed) whilst downstairs there is a large double garage and storage area. Bedrooms are a good size (very firm mattresses!) with plenty of wardrobe space and good quality fixtures/fittings; the 2 bathrooms are clean and well equipped, and there is a long/wide balcony on the upper floor accessed from the master bedroom or the sitting room, with tables and chairs to enjoy the sunset. We also liked sitting down to breakfast on the balcony early in the morning when there was a nice breeze. Best of all, the owner was always reliable, courteous and polite, letting us know when he needed to access the property, and providing tips on where to go. A large amount of information brochures/leaflets on different places of interest are also available in the villa for guests to read. As "mature" visitors, we particularly enjoyed exploring the beautiful pine forests and rocky bays in the north, and sipping evening cocktails whilst observing luxury yachts moored in one of the coastal marinas. Our adult children preferred the famous clubs, sunset cruises and nightlife which are easily accessible by car or taxi. Overall, we had a great holiday in a lovely villa, on an island which has something for everyone - we will be returning next year and thank the owner (Toni) and his wife for helping to make our stay one to remember.

Geweldig huis, heel schoon, zeer centraal gelegen

Wij zijn hier met 6 volwassenen en 2 babies met vakantie geweest en hebben erg genoten. Het huis is ruim, heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is heerlijk. De woning is zeer centraal gelegen op Ibiza. De weg die er langs loopt is een doorgaande weg, maar wij hebben dit niet als hinderlijk ervaren. Toni, de eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Wij kunnen deze woning van harte aanbevelen!

Mi mejor estancia en Ibiza.

Todo ha sido perfecto desde el primer momento. La disposición de la familia Roig para que no nos falté de nada es ejemplar. Su hospitalidad y detalles hacia nosotros, su generosidad y tiempo solo ha contribuido a sumar puntos positivos. La casa es espaciosa y muy bien distribuida con capacidad sin agobio para 8 personas que éramos. Su ubicación a un paso de Sta Gertrudis y Sta Eularia es perfecta. Estamos cerca de todo y del mismo modo disponíamos de una tranquilidad y privacidad absoluta. Teniendo la piscina, hemos pasado todas las tardes a bañarnos sin mirar el reloj. Las fresas y los tomates de la huerta un 10 por no decir el siguiente nivel. De nuevo 1000000 gracias a la familia Roig que con su sencillez incondicional nos han ofrecido unas vacaciones inolvidables.

The house was spacious, clean, well furnished and equiped with everything one could need. The pool area was private and relaxing and the pool was deep enough to dive in. There is a cycle route to Santa Gertrudis and it only takes about 10-15 mins to cycle there where there are many nice cafes and restaurants. The family who own the property are very friendly and left wonderful fresh melons grown on their land for us to eat. They even orgainised the cycle hire for us. We had a lovely time and would definately stay there again.

"Het huis is gelegen op e...

"Het huis is gelegen op een ideale plek op Ibiza, centraal gelegen is het een goed uitgangspunt voor trips. Het huis zelf is prachtig, uitermate schoon en ruim, voorzien van alles. Mooi terras en een prima zwembad. Van de weg die langs het huis loopt heb je weinig last al is dat misschien persoonlijk. De eigenaar Toni en zijn gezin zijn bijzonder vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam en het contact vooraf gaande aan ons verblijf via e-mail was prettig. Ook de route aanwijzing om bij het huis te komen was prima, zonder probleem gevonden. Het stadje Santa Gertrudis op ca 3 km afstand heeft een leuk plein met goede restaurants en leuke winkels. Kortom: een aanrader!!!"

"Angefangen mit den Vorbe...

"Angefangen mit den Vorbereitungen zur Buchung war die Korrespondenz mit Toni prima. Umgehend wurden Fragen zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Die Anreise war unproblematisch, wie von Toni zugesagt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Eine fehlende Kaffeemaschine wurde in 20 Minuten nachgeliefert - toll -. Toni und seine Familie sind sehr nett und herzlich. Sie kümmern sich prima um ihre Gäste. Das Grundstück um das Haus herum entspricht fast einem Landgut und ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Die Straße vor dem Haus stört wenig. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder anmieten."
