Ein wunderbares Haus

Das Haus ist einfach nur toll. Sehr großnujd hell. In der Küche sind alle Utensilien die man braucht. Alles war sauber und der Pool... einfach nur Klasse. Wir hatten ein paar tolle, erholsame Tage auf Ibiza. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb des Ortes. Es ist hier wunderbar ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man flexibel und kann die Insel gut erkunden. Der Hauseigentümer ist sehr nett.

Une belle maison, fonctionnelle et très bien placée. A noter un manque d’entretien : la clim qui ne fonctionnait pas dans 1chbr, la bouilloire qui fait sauter le compteur, les pommeaux de douches entartrés. Un jardin très agréable garni de plantes méditerranéennes.

Villetta con piscina nella zona di S.Carles. Si presta a un ottimo relax essendo abbastanza isolata e comoda con grande parcheggio privato, zona piscina e barbecue. 4 bagni e 3 camere da letto più una terrazza. Consiglio per chi non vuole avere troppe pretese a un prezzo eccezionale per essere a Ibiza.

Eine Finca in toller zentraler und trotzdem Alleinlage. Die Raumaufteilungen sind sehr ansprechend und die Größen ausreichend. Super sind auch die Dusche und das WC im Poolbereich. Die Küche hat nur eine in die Jahre gekommene Minimalausstattung und könnte mal einen IKEA-Einkauf vertragen. Küche, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine pp. und auch die Bäder zeigen offensichtliche Pflegedefizite, insbesondere Folgen von Verkalkungen u.a. Ablagerungen. Absprachen Vermieter sind schwierig-nur spanisch.

Schoon huis, mooi gelegen en waar voor het geld

Vriendelijke eigenaar die ons incheckte en ons uitlegde hoe alles werkte. Het huis is zoals op de foto's en de omschrijving. Het is zeer schoon en ook al is het beetje gedateerd, alles is goed en netjes.

We had an amazing stay and would definitely return! The villa was extremely clean and spacious in gorgeous settings. We spent a wonderful week there, if you are looking to relax in the quiet surroundings of the North then give this a go.

Had a fabulous 2 weeks here lovely pool, lovely location just 10 minute drive from Es Canar perfect for 6 people. Car definitely needed, very peaceful - helps if you speak some Spanish as the owner has no English - we would return
