This home is 10 minutes away to Wabasso Beach, 2 miles away to the Indian River Lagoon with access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Sebastian Inlet. A short distance to the Sebastian Golf Course and 10 minutes away to the Ocean. Also is a mile away to the US Highway 1 (street full of restaurants, grocery stores, a recreational park, Riverside Bars, etc).
