The space

Located in an exclusive private residential complex of only 15 villas, this property is situated in a privileged enclave on the shores of the coast of Almuñécar, also very close to its historic center. Perched above one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, recognized for its crystal-clear waters and Blue Flag status, the villa stands out for its avant-garde architecture and its natural and open design.

Its large windows allow you to enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea from all rooms, creating a constant connection with the surroundings. The villa features a sober and sophisticated decoration, carefully designed to offer well-being and comfort. The interior and exterior are integrated naturally, without visual limits, giving rise to a continuous experience by the sea.

From its spacious terraces with an infinity pool, it is possible to contemplate beautiful sunrises in an environment of tranquility and privacy.

To fully enjoy the sea in an exclusive setting, the resort offers access to its private Beach Club, which can be reached comfortably on foot via a path or through the complex’s shuttle service in less than five minutes. There you will find reserved sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a complete range of water activities such as jet ski rental, paddle surf, and more activities.

As an additional experience, it is also possible to enjoy a private 37-foot catamaran and large sunbathing areas, ideal for spending the day with family or friends, either in the bay of La Herradura or in small coves along the coastline accessible only by sea.

This elegant villa, southeast-facing, offers 328 m² distributed over several floors, designed to provide comfort, privacy, and unparalleled views of the Mediterranean Sea.

On the main floor there is a large open-plan space connecting the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. From this floor there is direct access to a terrace with an infinity pool, an ideal space to relax and enjoy the sun with total privacy.

The first floor houses the master bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. From this room there is access to a pergola-covered terrace with a jacuzzi for four people, from which you can enjoy impressive sea views. On this same floor there is a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, views of the Mediterranean, and direct access to the terrace.

The ground floor has a spacious guest bedroom with two single beds, as well as a living room with a sofa bed with capacity to accommodate two additional people, offering flexibility and comfort for families or groups.

Other things to note

Almuñécar, jewel of the Costa Tropical, combines history, beach, and Andalusian charm. This picturesque coastal town offers a privileged climate all year round, beaches with crystal-clear waters, and an old town with cobbled streets and Roman remains. Just 45 minutes from the city of Granada, where you can visit the Alhambra with its palaces and gardens, as well as the Generalife and Albaicín. You can also enjoy, between November and May, the incredible ski slopes of Sierra Nevada just 1 hour and a half from the accommodation.

Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and send the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it will be necessary to complete a form with the guests' details.

Security deposit: A security deposit is required and is charged before the start of the stay. This amount is automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after departure, provided that no damage or incidents have been detected in the property.

We accept pets as long as they are not classified as potentially dangerous and are limited to one pet per property. Unfortunately, we do not accept cats.
