The fully stocked kitchen has enough counter space to prepare large meals, two refrigerators, coffee machine, blender, two crockpots, toaster, and microwave. Everything you could possibly need!

My only suggestion would be blackout curtains for the bedrooms especially when the toddlers need to nap in the afternoon. The kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor space was perfect and fenced. Lots of toys provided such as bikes and scooters with safe space for the kids to ride. And the resort itself was great along with a very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back.

Great space!

We had several couples/families staying here so we loved that all four of the upstairs bedrooms had en suite bathrooms. Plenty of seating inside and outside. There was a crib, pack n play, and high chair on site, as well as a garage full of balls, wagons, camping chairs, life jackets, etc. Great space!

Perfect Home for a Family Vacation

The home was very spacious and was a perfect fit for our 4 families (8 adults, 5 kids and 1 baby). We have stayed at Beachwalk before - it’s our very favorite place to be! The staff is wonderful, the pool is always the perfect temp, and the coffee shop (with donuts!) is a short walk away. We rented a golf cart which was very fun (and easy thanks to LanCam). I wouldn’t say it was 100% necessary because most things were within walking distance but for beach days it was nice since it was a bit further away. 4 Seasons had everything we needed for a week vacation and we will definitely be back.

The house was the perfect size, for our group. Overall the house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was the couch in the main area is pretty worn and dirty. We covered it with blankets before sitting on it. The rug is also pretty dirty and needs replacing. It felt a little like we were ahead of the season and this house wasn’t quite ready for the season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 4 seasons. We had 12 people for the week and it was plenty spacious. There were plenty of seating areas and we never felt crowded. The kids all enjoyed the space especially the outdoor green spaces in front of and behind the house. The adults enjoyed the outdoor fire pit every night. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. The pool was a very convenient walk from the house. The beach was very clean and nice but a bit of a trek with all the beach supplies and kids. The house appeared clean however, just from walking across the floors our feet would be black! I think the floors could use a deep cleaning. Most of us just kept our shoes on the whole time. All of the furniture was nice, clean, and comfortable. The extra fridge and ice machine in the garage were a bonus. There was only one bedroom that had a tv which is fine, but if you want to watch something before going to bed you will want to bring your own tablets or laptop. The management company was very helpful with any questions or minimal issues we had during our stay.

Large family room, nice outdoor space fenced in for the small kids and had a firepit for the evenings. Well equipped kitchen. Liked the ice maker in the garage since the one on the fridge didn't work. Plenty of toys for young and old-small bikes, scooters, beach toys, beach chairs, floats, basketball, volleyball and net, beach towels- stated there was cornhole but we didn't find it. Ample comfy bedroom and a bath for each bedroom. The one complaint I have is the floor was very dirty on arrival. Needs to be mopped better. If barefoot your feet were black in 5 minutes. Next year we will have crawling baby. The app to book amenities was great. We used the tennis court for pickleball often and played shuffleboard. Kids love the sand lake and the ice cream shop. Nice walk over to Lake Michigan. Would have loved a golf cart but did a lot of exploring the 200 homes on foot. Would definitely book this home again. Thanks for making us feel at home in this house.

Clean and easy access to the amenities.We liked that it was on a side road and not the main boardwalk and had a nice backyard access to a small park greenspace. Could use an upgrade on the pots and pans but did have plenty of everything else.We got incorrect directions from the office staff about how to book reservations for the amenities but we figured it out after the first day of not being able to book anything.

Girls trip

7th time in Michigan City the house’s are big for the family of sisters daughters and daughter in law’s, niece we do crafts eat good food and lots of wine for some of them. Have been doing the Girls Trip from 2009 Hotels the first 2 years but the more that started to go we found Vrbo Renting a house is the best thing to do we lost one sister the 3 year and this year we decided to let the younger girls come next year so they can be with my older sisters before they forget people. Best thing to do is rent a Vrbo house

04 Seasons Needs Major Cleaning

Reviewer Comments: We have rented the 4 Seasons for the past 3 years, the house works well for our family with the bedrooms each having a bath. However the house has some issues: - the carpeting needs a deep cleaning. - the area rug in the kitchen needs to be thrown 's old, worn and filthy. - MAJOR issue is the kitchen oven. The door is broke and falls open. Two of our guests received burns trying to handle it. - while some of the loose bricks on the patio have been fixed, there are still a couple that need to be repaired.The house needs some cleaning and repairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 04 Seasons:101 Thomas Blvd. for the week of July 10-17 2022. It was everything we wanted it to be ... our 2 sons and niece + their spouses and kids. Our 5 grandkids ages 5, 4, 3, 2 and 9 months enjoyed all their fun together in the pools, at the parks, riding their bikes (we brought them with us) and playing on the beaches...the beach by the pool and the Lake Michigan beach, which was a short walk from the house. The adults enjoyed it all too!! The fire pit out back was wonderful for making more memories and the enclosed porch provided a nice nightcap space for the adults once the kids were in bed. Each room had its own bathroom which worked well for all of us. There were a few minor maintenance issues that we made the staff aware of when we checked out. Mostly little TLC items that did not ruin our stay, but would have been nice if they are tended to for future renters. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the memories.

Reviewer Comments: The best things about 04 Seasons are the number of bedrooms and the location. Our group of 8 adults and 3 young children were easily accommodated. The house is a short walk to everything in Beachwalk - the pool, the lake, the beach. It's also next to the park where a musician set up for live music our first night. On the downside, several maintenance and upkeep issues should be addressed. The house only has one tub, which had a sign on it saying "Please don't use, it leaks. Plumber has been called" It couldn't be repaired during our stay. Neither could the dishwasher, which also wasn't working. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was very shaky - luckily one of our guests had an allen wrench to tighten up all the screws so it wouldn't collapse. The sectional sofa in the family room wasn't very comfortable and very worn and dirty. The floors all could use a deep cleaning as well. Shouldn't get dirty feet from just walking barefooted on the floor. Finally, we would have liked to have had a dvd or blue ray player since one was listed as an "amenity." On the plus side, all the other appliances worked, the washer and dryer were great, and the kitchen was well equipped. The grill was fine, and the fire pit was great for making smores and relaxing. We were happy with the resort and would definitely come back. And we'd stay again in 04 Seasons if these maintenance issues are addressed.

Close to everything-lots of elbow room!

Six kiddos and six adults loved the layout of the house and all the amenities. From the fire pit and outdoor areas to bedrooms all with their own bathrooms-we had plenty of space. Of course, the pool, beach, kayaks and paddle boards were great to have.

Beautiful property and overall place to stay. The fire alarm went off unexpectedly 3 separate times throughout our stay — one at 5:30 AM and one at 6:30 AM. This was our only complaint and didn’t make our sleep great but in general, we loved our stay.
