Whole home was fully equipped and really clean. Really loved how it was so close to the freeway but yet far from trafficked areas. Definitely did help us for my nephew’s military graduation. If ever in the area after another 16 hr trip, would definitely consider.

This apartment needs to take down.This is the nastiest place to stay.I made a complaint to the city about this crap.

Cleskin, Thank you for your response. I am confused by your comments. Are you saying our unit was "the nastiest place to stay. Did you complain to the city about our unit. Did you mean the unit needs to be demolished? Did you read our listing information about the work that the HOA is doing on the 7 buildings that are in the complex. When you say about this crap!! What specifically is your complaint. I do not understand what " this place needs to take down" means . What was your exact complaint to the city? No one at the city has made any inquiry to me. It seems you are very disappointed with your 2 star stay. You are the lowest rating we have received in our 8 years of hosting. It would have been very valuable to us to know what you experienced that was so bad that your comment was to "Take Down". I hope you have better experiences on your future travels. Tim

We are close to interstate 20 and when the wind is blowing in the direction of the building you can hear the traffic.

I have nothing negative to report about this location. The decor, the cleanliness and the available amenties made our stay super pleasant. My sons loved how soft the beds are for a good night's rest. My favorite part was the kitchen. Very modern and clean. Thank hope to stay again!

Great Weekend Getaway

My family enjoyed the weekend getaway which included a visit to the zoo and dinner with a good friend we had not seen in years…the apartment was as pictured so no complaints…one suggestion to cover the sectional due to multiple stains but it was very comfortable… we appreciated your hospitality and would definitely recommend the property to others…thanks again

First of all, it's not in a great neighborhood. We have lived in worse, so we were comfortable but it might not be for everyone. The problem that came with this is loud music playing at night from neighbors and the inside of the apartment while very clean smelled strongly of marijuana. So the inside was nicely remodeled and clean, so it is just if the surrounding environment concerns you.

Recommend move the bed in the first bedroom from the window. Or put curtains up because of draft coming into the window. More linen when for longer stay. Excellent stay!

Quiet and cozy!

This Vrbo was PERFECT for us as we needed a comfy place to stay during our soccer tournament this weekend. The beds were cozy- 2 bathrooms for us and the kids made getting cleaned up easy. Having a washer and dryer to clean up after the muddy games was such a bonus, and overall great aesthetic!

Very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable condo. Easy access to Rt.20 and several restaurants. Building appears a little run down as others have noted, but this condo is as cute and clean as pictures show. Kitchen has everything - appliances are good quality and easy to use. Felt like home away from home. Great instructions and directions from host, Tim. Would definitely rent again for next trip to USC.

This was a quick weekend visit to Columbia. Place is nicely decorated and very clean. We had an issue with an odor but owner was going to review and look into it. I dont think it was coming from rental property but maybe adjoining property. No big issues.

Great updated condo!

Owner gave great directions to property. 2nd floor unit (stairs only) with quick access to Rt. 20 and many restaurants. Condo has been updated and has all necessary amenities. Tim was very responsive when our initial code didn't work to get in the door. Ample parking, bottled water, soaps, shampoos and towels. We didn't get to use the pool due to heavy rain so no comment there. Would stay there again if in the area.
