Very pleasant and fit for comfortable living for extended stays!
I have nothing negative to report about this location. The decor, the cleanliness and the available amenties made our stay super pleasant. My sons loved how soft the beds are for a good night's rest. My favorite part was the kitchen. Very modern and clean. Thank hope to stay again!
Recommend move the bed in the first bedroom from the window. Or put curtains up because of draft coming into the window. More linen when for longer stay. Excellent stay!
Our stay was great. Helped kids move to the area. Very close to their new house. We had 6 adults total the first night then it was just my wife and I. . Thanks for everything.
This Vrbo was PERFECT for us as we needed a comfy place to stay during our soccer tournament this weekend. The beds were cozy- 2 bathrooms for us and the kids made getting cleaned up easy. Having a washer and dryer to clean up after the muddy games was such a bonus, and overall great aesthetic!
My family enjoyed the weekend getaway which included a visit to the zoo and dinner with a good friend we had not seen in years…the apartment was as pictured so no complaints…one suggestion to cover the sectional due to multiple stains but it was very comfortable… we appreciated your hospitality and would definitely recommend the property to others…thanks again

Wonderful week-end in Columbia
This condo is very well decorated, nice size and is located in an area that makes traveling around Columbia very easy. Tim is a great host, who is very easy to communicate with and as thought of everything with this condo.

Columbia Father Visit
The condo was clean and it was easy to access all the areas I needed to visit. My issues were Televisions and the fire alarm. Lu
This was a quick weekend visit to Columbia. Place is nicely decorated and very clean. We had an issue with an odor but owner was going to review and look into it. I dont think it was coming from rental property but maybe adjoining property. No big issues.

Great updated condo!
Owner gave great directions to property. 2nd floor unit (stairs only) with quick access to Rt. 20 and many restaurants. Condo has been updated and has all necessary amenities. Tim was very responsive when our initial code didn't work to get in the door. Ample parking, bottled water, soaps, shampoos and towels. We didn't get to use the pool due to heavy rain so no comment there. Would stay there again if in the area.

Actual apartment was beautiful
I rented this vrbo for the move in weekend for usc. The apartment is beautifully updated, the decor is highest quality ~ and it’s a very quiet area. The owner was very attentive! However, when we pulled in to the complex, I almost left. The buildings are literally falling apart, many with outside doors off hinges…. I live in a major city so I am not unaware of bad neighborhoods. I was worried being just my daughter and I. But, we were tired, so we stayed. And, it was very pleasant ~ I actually did not feel unsafe at all once we got acclimated. The people I met were very nice ~ it’s a terrible shame that the building manager / hoa doesnt fix the outside ~ looks can be deceiving and the owner may lose renters bc of it. We will absolutely stay here again.
So we arrived later, the airline took a little longer then we had a wait at baggae. But the checknin was smooth a day before Tim reached out and gave me details about the check in and policy and procedure. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, I took one star and it has nothing to do with the home, my allergies was on 10000000% while i was inside.
I liked the home, 2 rooms and 2 bathroom. Very spacious and on the day of my husbands graduation we came back and watch the lizards outside and the birds and squirrels from the living room balcony. It was just beautiful. The older ones did not like the mattress and complained it was too soft...lol... but i loved it felt like i was on a cloud. I appreciate having the things to make life a little easier. I would recommend this lodging to friends.
This property is in a run down, terrible neighborhood. When we got there we decided it was not safe to stay here. The host would not communicate with us and we contacted VRBO who spoke with him. He refused a refund. I re-read all the reviews and many of them when read showed a bad experience but for some reason they were 5 star. This was by far my worst experience on VRBO.
I had read the multiple reviews but decided they all said about the same thing so i would give it a try. Stayed for 30 days while transitioning jobs. There is nothing the owner can do about his neighbors but in the afternoon the smell from the laundry room likely through the vent was often pretty pungent. Apparently they cant afford good weed. The location feels somewhat remote even though there is stuff within a mile i wouldn’t recommend walking to it. I f you watch On patrol live you will recognize many areas extremely close by. While i never felt unsafe I was always on alert. My car was there every night and never messed with. Yes 2 blocks down is a very nice lake neighborhood this is not 2 blocks down. The outside of the place looks close to condemned status, rotten wood siding rickety rails. The inside however was nicely redone. The kitchen ware supplied could use a little help most everything you need except for usable tongs or a spatula. Its is a good base for say a Ft Jackson graduation or something. Good amout of space. Would not recommend this to most of my friends but would stay again bug im a little more Urban savvy than they are.
Comfortable and grateful for room for me and my family
Easy to find, good communication with the property owner, as described, everyone had a great time playing cards, eating and sharing with my granddaughter, who graduated from US Army basic training.
our son attended basic training at fort jackson and we were lucky enough to find this place. cheaper than most hotels, close enough (20 minutes) to post to make it very convenient and quite comfortable. tim was great and very responsive to my questions. would highly recommend it.
