Tatianna was very kind and accommodating throughout my stay. The place was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. It was also super close to the hospital, making my commute easy and perfect for my schedule.

We enjoyed our stay , very comfortable , and quiet , and the host was amazing, very nice , and very informative, she made our stay amazing, will definitely stay there again in the future.
If you like listening to the neighbors above you running around all night this is the place for you. The space has a very musty smell to it. Overall it was not a great experience. Had issues finding the place and tried reaching the owner but no reply to message or call back.

Hi Jeremy,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. We take cleanliness and guest experience very seriously and have not previously received reports of a musty smell in the space, but we will certainly review this with our cleaning team to ensure everything remains at our usual standard.
Regarding communication, there was an unexpected system disconnect that prevented us from seeing your messages after our first conversation. Unfortunately, we only became aware of them after checkout. We sincerely apologize for that delay, as we always aim to respond promptly and assist guests in real time whenever concerns arise.
We also provide detailed arrival instructions to help guests locate the property easily, but we are reviewing those instructions to see where we can make them even clearer for future guests.
We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to ensure every guest has a comfortable and positive experience.
Welcoming host. Place is very nice and clean. Host was great about answering all my questions in a timely manner. Great overall experience. Definitely recommend.
We were traveling to Columbia for basic training graduation and rented the house with a hope that my son might be able to stay with us before heading to AIT . There were no previous reviews on this house, and looking at the price it seemed comparative to renting a hotel room. The pros of this property are location to base-about a nine minute drive and the price for two bedrooms. The cons were the location itself neighborhood was pretty rundown. The house did not seem to be overly clean, and the noise from being on the bottom apartment from the upstairs neighbors was very loud- to the point that I did not sleep the three nights we were there. There was a closet door broken, holding on by a hinge, and the bathroom in the hall was very loud to close. The forced air was also very loud. The property owner was very attentive though with suggestions and also offered to come have the door fixed if it was necessary while we were there. Realistically, if I had to go back to Columbia, I don’t believe I would stay there again.

Hi Brenda! Thank you for your valued feedback! I strive to make sure that I do everything in my power to ensure you have an amazing experience as far as the house is concerned. I did have a maintenance guy go by the home once you left and correct the closet door as it was never mentioned previously. But the bathroom door only needed to remove the towel rack. Otherwise the door closed and locked with no problem. I wish you would have let me know if there was an issue with the cleanliness of the home as well, I reviewed everything with my cleaner and found no discrepancies..i wish you sent pictures so that I could have addressed this issue.
Congratulations to your son’s graduation from training! I wish you and your family the best in your future endeavors.
