Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
The location was terrific; steps from the opera and main u and tram lines. Lots of restaurants close by. The apt was comfortable and quiet. However, I can’t give it five stars because they had a very difficult check in process. We had to find a lock box two blocks away that was on the ground on the street. It was very awkward to access and squatting in a street trying to get it to work isn’t my idea of a holiday. IF they correct the process I would strongly recommend the property. If not, well, it depends on your tolerance for aggravation and the risk of the box not working (we found it hard to use)
