Annex building and completely independent of our house from the 18th century and typical of the Lauragais
Charming house, surrounded by a park and our fields, with 2 terraces facing south and north.
PRIVATE POOL (14mx6m).
The swimming pool is heated from May 28 to September 15.
The renovation in the authentic country style, modern comfort, the large shaded garden will bring you serenity and relaxation for your vacation. Tennis is graciously available 400 m away.
The owners will welcome you with a WELCOME APPETIZER upon arrival.

A wonderful house

We spent two weeks in this house, very nicely setup on a beautiful plot. Swimming pool was a real highlight and somewhere we would definitely go back to.

Wow!! 10/10 stay!

Where to begin. Such a beautiful Gite, so private and quiet! The pool is incredible, and the gite well stocked, we had everything we needed. There were games, tv, ping pong, foosball, we always had plenty to do. The views and surroundings are absolutely breathtaking! The best part though were the hosts, Phillip and Beatrice. They left a wonderful welcome aperitif for us as we arrived, beautiful cheese scones, meats and home made jam, wine and juice! They were extremely respectful of privacy. Such a lovely couple, even though we spoke no French we were able to have a decent conversation. They said we can use the grounds as if it were our own, so very sweet. Maurice the cat is absolutely beautiful, he would pop over for an occasional visit although we were told this wasn’t usual for him to do so. My husband is a cat magnet though. There were 3 tortoises on the grounds, and they were an absolute joy to watch, just watch your toes for nibbles. Toulouse is a stunning place to visit and there was a Saturday market we went to in Revel, full of herbs, cheeses, breads of all kinds and absolutely worth a visit. Will stay here again in a heartbeat- you won’t regret it. Lidl is 5 min drive and so is McDonald’s if you’re fancying a burger! Thank you both for a wonderful holiday and for making us feel so welcome.

Philippe and Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and accommodating to our dates. The property is beatiful and very well maintained. The house feels very private and Philippe and Beatrice were very responsive before and during our vacation. The pool was wonderful and we used it every day. The location is great to do day trips to Carcassonne, Foix and Toulouse. We would absolutely come back again. Philippe et Béatrice ont été des hôtes merveilleux. Ils ont été très réactifs et accommodants pour nos dates. La propriété est magnifique et très bien entretenue. La maison est très intime et Philippe et Béatrice ont été très disponibles avant et pendant nos vacances. La piscine était splendide et nous en avons profité tous les jours. L’emplacement est idéal pour des excursions à Carcassonne, Foix et Toulouse. Nous y reviendrions absolument.

C'est tout simplement une destination merveilleuse ! C'est la deuxième fois que nous y sommes allés et nous l'avons encore beaucoup apprécié. La piscine est immense et tout simplement fantastique. La maison est grande et offre beaucoup d'espace. Il y a de nombreuses façons de se détendre et s'il fait trop beau et trop chaud, il y a aussi assez d'ombre pour se mettre à l'aise. L'environnement est charmant et agréable. Vous pouvez faire des découvertes et visiter de nombreux marchés dans les environs. Toulouse vaut le détour ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour chez Beatrice et Philippe! A bientôt !

Un petit joyau à renouveler

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à Roumens en famille au mois de Juillet 2025 et nous sommes tombés sous le charme de ce gîte situé sur le domaine des propriétaires. Béatrice et Philippe ont magnifiquement mis en valeur cette maison dans un parc aux multiples essences d’arbres et de plantes au sein duquel on peut apercevoir écureuils ou lapins. L’équipement est excellent et la piscine XXL est superbe. Un vrai repos des sens.Nous essaierons d’y repasser si l’occasion se présente. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour la qualité de leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leurs conseils.Nadia et Philippe

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub bei Béatrice und Philippe genossen. Das Haus ist exakt wie beschrieben. Der Pool ist mit Sicherheit das große Highlight des Hauses und hat vor allem unseren Kindern viel Freude bereitet. Das Haus ist aber auch sonst sehr sauber und schön und vor allem gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist extrem ruhig.

Vacances en famille juillet 2024

Un super séjour dans un gîte très bien placé pour des familles souhaitant visiter dans un rayon d'une heure environ autour (Toulouse, Carcassonne, Montagne Noire) sans oublier les jolis villages médiévaux proches (St Félix en Lauragais, Lautrec, Soreze) et les activités sur places (accrobranche, lac de St Ferréol, atelier teinture Pastel) Gîte parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes, dans un endroit calme et parfaitement entretenu, la piscine est juste magnifique ! Enfin, ce petit paradis ne serait pas ce qu'il est sans la bienveillance, la gentillesse et la discrétion de ses hôtes, un grand merci à Béatrice et Philippe pour votre accueil.

Perfekte Unterkunft für wundervollen Urlaub

Wir haben in dem zauberhaften Gite von Béatrice und Phillipe drei wunderbare Wochen Urlaub verbracht. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts und es ist höchst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar einen Hauswirtschaftsraum. Zwei Terrassen am Haus laden zum Verweilen ein. Man kann sich je nach Lust und Laune einen Sonnenplatz oder eine Schattenecke suchen. Der phantastische Garten ist nahezu parkartig angelegt. Man genießt Ruhe pur. Der Pool ist äußerst gepflegt und sehr groß. Es gibt auch eine Außendusche. Für die Kinder wird auch darüber hinaus gesorgt: In einem offenen Nebengebäude steht ein Tischkicker und eine Tischtennisplatte zur Verfügung. Wir wurden von Béatrice und Phillipe herzlich empfangen und die beiden standen und bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung, ansonsten ist das Grundstück jedoch so aufgeteilt, dass jeder seine Privatsphäre hat. Béatrice und Phillipe gaben uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung. Insgesamt haben wir uns wie „Gott in Frankreich“ gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Un excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cet endroit calme et reposant. La maison est jolie et bien équipée, avec un jardin ombragé. La piscine est immense, nous en avons bien profité avec nos deux adolescents de 14 et 11 ans. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, discrets et de bons conseils. En cas de demande, ils sont très réactifs. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Une semaine très reposante

Accueil très sympathique de nos hôtes qui ont pris le temps de nous conseiller de jolis endroits à visiter et de bonnes spécialités à déguster (le Pumpet est délicieux !). La maison est magnifique, très propre avec une literie de qualité (nous y attachons beaucoup d'importance). La piscine est immense et très bien entretenue. Avec une barrière pour avoir l'esprit tranquille avec notre petit de 2 ans :-) Température de l'eau : 29 degrés, juste parfait ! Le parc est également très grand et permet de profiter d'espaces ombragés. Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour à Roumens !

We have just had a fantastic two weeks at this property. It was very well equipped and thought out, with lots of little touches. The large pool was great and the secure fence gave us peace of mind. Our young children loved the swings and playhouse under the trees and the north facing terrace at the front of the house provided some welcome shade from which to watch them. Philippe and Beatrice were great hosts, there if needed but happy to leave us to it. We all had a blissful, relaxing break and would love to return one day. Thank you!

Tout était parfait ! Tout est conforme aux photos... Béatrice et Philippe, les propriétaires, sont adorables, discrets tout en étant à votre disposition si besoin. La maison, décorée avec goût, équipement complet et en parfait état, très bonne literie. La piscine, juste splendide ! Eau entre 28 et 29°, très propre. Entouré d'un magnifique jardin au bout d'une allée, un petit bijou ce cache. Une grande piscine bien entretenue feront le plaisir des petits & grands. La maison a beaucoup de charme et les propriétaires ont pensés à tout le confort intérieur, la cuisine lumineuse est agréable, au salon une vue magnifique sur le jardin. Découvrez tout autour de la maison des petits endroits pour vous installer en toute tranquillité sans vis-à-vis. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant, discret et partagerons avec plaisir les magnifiques endroits à découvrir tout autour de Roumens. Super heureux d'avoir fait ce choix, nous ne regrettons vraiment pas, cela vaut le détour! Time to Relax! Ambiance , privacy

Bij aankomst over de oprijlaan overweldigd door gevoel van Prive, rust en ruimte, niet uit te leggen dat moet je ervaren Eindeloos uitzicht over de graanvelden naar een kerktoren en bergachtglandschap.Prachtige tuin Huis sfeervol en volledig ingericht Owners respecteren je privacy en zijn zeer behulpzaam op de achtergrond aanwezig Groot volledg, omheind zwembad, waarvan de verwarming / temperatuur tijdens ons verblijf wat hoger had gekund. Zwembad terrein af te sluiten middels een hek Een oase om tot rust te komen ! We hebben er fijne dagen gehad mede door de tijd en het geduld die de owners voor onze zoon met Autisme hadden...super !

Quel dommage de ne pas nous avoir signalé que la piscine à 26 ° était un peu fraîche pour vous : nous l'aurions très facilement montée à votre demande.... Nous aurons à cœur de davantage questionner nos hôtes ....merci de cette remarque ! Nous sommes heureux que votre fils ait pu trouver la sérénité dont il avait besoin.
