Vacation Home in Lauragais

House in the Lauragais, near Toulouse, for a family holiday.
Available from 1 August to August 15.
I live in a modern house (air conditioning, roller shutters, etc.). On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with open kitchen and living room that opens onto a covered terrace, 1 master bedroom with its shower room and 1 toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with a single bed in each, 1 toilet and a bathroom.
The 1000 m² plot hosts a 7x4 m swimming pool and 1.4m water height.
My house is located in a quiet area, on the heights of Baziège. The area is very discreet. The living rooms overlook a cereal field with a view of the Pyrenees (not overlooked).
Baziège is a charming little village in the Lauragais where life is good. The advantages of the countryside while being close to a big city (Toulouse 15 minutes away) thanks to the quick access to the A61 motorway. The city of Carcassonne is 45 minutes away, Albi 1 hour, the Nailloux brand village 10 minutes away, the Canal du Midi 5 minutes away, the Mediterranean Sea 1 hour and the Pyrenees 45 minutes away.
2 week rental privileged.

Mooi verblijf

De gastheer verhuurt zijn eigen woning. Vereist de nodige formulieren om het huis te huren. Eigenaar is heel voorzichtig met het huis. Dat is ook wel logisch want het is een mooie nieuwe woning met alles aanwezig. Zwembad is niet heel groot maar .voldoet op een warme dag. Ligt mooi net buiten het dorp en heeft mooi uitzicht op omringende heuvels
