Perfectly located just 20–30 minutes from Rome, thanks to convenient train connections, our apartment offers an ideal blend of the seaside, comfort, and easy access to the region’s main attractions.

The entire apartment will be at your complete disposal: you won’t have to share it with other guests, ensuring a peaceful and private stay.

Our bright apartment, located on the ground floor, will welcome you with a warm and relaxing atmosphere:
• Living room: A comfortable sofa that converts into a practical 140 cm French bed, ideal for relaxing in front of the 43" Smart TV.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped to prepare your favourite meals.
• Bedroom: A 140x190 cm French-style bed, a spacious closet, and a chest of drawers to keep your belongings organised, plus a 40" Smart TV .
• Modern bathroom: Recently renovated, with a comfortable shower stall and equipped with essential toiletries.
• Terrace: The first terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, offers the perfect space to enjoy breakfast or dinner in complete privacy, overlooking a quiet tree-lined avenue. The second terrace, adjacent to the bedroom, houses the washing machine and laundry detergent, for all your needs.

Just a short walk away, you’ll find everything you need: a pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, bars, and other essential services. The waterfront and its beaches, just a few minutes’ drive from the house, round out your relaxing experience.

Upon arrival at the property, you’ll need to present a valid ID for registration purposes in accordance with current Italian regulations, and pay the tourist tax in cash, which amounts to:
- from January 1 to March 31, €0.75 per person per night;
- from April 1 to December 31, €1.50 per person per night (including Easter Sunday and Easter Monday)
Residents of our municipality and children under 14 are exempt.
